Easy to get start
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a user-friendly app, and it is pretty easy to get started, even for a new starter. I also found the academy function very handy and helpful. Will recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar time zone got stuff off a couple of times, which caused some trouble for me, and I lost some phone appointments at that time; I wonder if it's been fixed now or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If Hubspot can resolve the calendar issue, I believe it will benefit everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Hubspot for more than a year, have created and run many campaigns successfully and have generated leads. I have previously used other but never have seen the seamless running of sequences and cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost Nothing! Would be glad if there is an Inbuilt Auto Dialer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting benefitted by using sequences and templates, especially the template suggestions.

keeping track of tasks and sales journey, managing the pipeline, and regular follow-ups with clients
I like HubSpot. The contact-centric set up is great.
What do you like best about the product?
The communication templates are the best part of HubSpot. I use that aspect of they system the most. It is easy to create, edit and send emails using templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the list function very much. It isn't very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is undoubtedly easing communication for me. Reaching out to customers has never been easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks are the most helpful and keep me in touch with everyone in the pipeline on a regular basis. I really like how my deals pipeline also shows the last "touch" each deal had. I try to keep an open task on everything I do, but occasionally things slip through the cracks and Hubspot is great about bringing anyone who needs some attention back into the mix!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that I can't block 15-minute intervals on a calendar event. People tend to show up late to appointments booked at :15 and :45. This feature is available in Calendly but not in Hubspot, so I end up with weird gaps in my day. I also wish that event types with multiple users could have different scheduling rules (for example, I don't like appointments booked sooner than 4 hours away, but my colleague wants them to be able to book within an hour - even though it's an event type we share, as separate users we should be able to choose separate scheduling settings).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub's automated tasks, reminders, and organizational tools help me to keep a clean pipeline with regular check-ins. This allows me to close more details and keep in touch with people who may not be ready to buy today.

adavnced capabilites to the sale and very good interface

There are a lot of limitations in the product because the company wants to make more money and forces you to upgrade to additional packages

The product makes it possible to control in a really advanced way all the stages of the sale and to perform in-depth analyzes on the data

HubSpot was easy to learn, everything you need is accessible, and I like how it connects to our Google calendar.

Occasionally there are technical issues but I can't think of anything I dislike about using HubSpot.

There is a section to record every piece of valuable information we'd need, so it's a nice platform.

It is easy to navigate, and the task option is incredibly useful.

Not everything can be monitored through your personal account; for example, voicemail reminders come through without the ability to turn it off without asking a higher-up first.

Filtering your way to success
What do you like best about the product?
Using filters, tags and custom properties.

No way to send external emails to non-marketing contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I'm working with switched to HubSpot just mid-last year. Our CRM is integrated with another call-tracking software, so contact records are automatically created each time we receive phone calls. Still, some of these phone calls shouldn't be on HubSpot because they are either missed calls, less than 30 seconds, or we identified as unqualified leads onset. Instead of manually going through all call records, I used a combination of tags and filters to clean up our contacts database. I turned on tagging rules to allow us to control how tags are automatically assigned to new phone calls and used these tags as filters to clean up our contacts database. I tagged missed calls and calls that were less than 30 seconds and filtered records by date created, by tracking source and by other custom properties I made. Last week, I reduced call records from 12,000+ to 4,000+ in minutes using filters and tags! I also use filters to create custom views and active or static lists to organize our database and use the same as triggers for workflows and automation.
Hub spot has been great for our business. It is very customizable and has been easy to navigate

I do not like how you have to save attachments to your computer prior to uploading them
