What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy for me to track everything and have better management of our sales pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy but, they are quick to fix it and the help desk is amazing

Manging our current CRM and making sure we stay active with clients and they dont get lost in the process

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Sales Hub is a simple yet effective tool to manage your customers, deals, and pipeline in one location! I love how easy and intuitive it is to use - whether it's to track my deals or forecast the sales booking, all of the tools needed are available. It's so simple to customize everything as well. You can edit the various properties, fields, and layout on the various pages to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only main issue with HubSpot I have is that it's been down several times during work. It may be because their server is overloaded or something else, but I'm not able to view any pages or click on any links when it's down. This outage causes work issues since all of our customers' info, and anything work-related is on Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of managing all of our customers' info in one location so that we can track the deal's various stages, lifecycle, and properties. Without this, we'd have to track all our sales info via notes or Excel.
Hubspot Sales Hub...improved my golf game!
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Sales Hub streamlines my sales process, allowing me to spend more time on the golf course. This has led to an improvement in my game. The platform's ability to connect emails, organize contact data, schedule follow-up meetings, and make notes has saved me a significant amount of time. The use of filters and the ability to quickly recall specific data has been essential in reducing my sales cycle. While the cost of using HubSpot has increase my number of greens fees, the increase in closed deals more than makes up for it. My scorecard thanks you Hub Spot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can always hope that Hub Spot will have a back door field for my golf data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub Spot is the virtual assistant that makes me look good.
Best platform to maintain all the data of your clients and to have a check on your tasks

The contact page, as we can find each and every data of our clients readily available and can easily follow up with them by assigning tasks

Hubspot have been very easy CRM Tool which has nothing to dislike, simple and efficient way to manage all our clients database

Hubspot helps us in better sales experience with the help of different reports and dashboards, helps in storing the database of clients about their company and contact details, also helps in easy follow ups with the clients by assigning tasks
Awesome CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot is a one-stop CRM framework. Great dashboards to track KPIs and activity across teams, valuable resources and templates, user-friendly interfacing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside. Personally, I've been unable to link my LinkedIn Sales Navigator to my Hubspot - but other people on my team have been able to without any hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to maintain my focus and stay on task using the tasks feature. I love that feature because it really helps me to keep track of the companies I've added to my pipeline, the priority of the tasks that need to be completed today, etc.
The most valued tool in my office!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is super easy to use and very efficient! The ease of use is my number one priority because it makes the salespeople more apt to use it. Using it several times a day is mandatory as we need to stay on top of customers! It is the most valuable tool for my salespeople as well as myself!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that we have to pay more for things like mass emailing. I feel that should be an all-inclusive benefit since emails are stored already!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any problems in the three years of managing the dealership and using Hubspot!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep all of our communications stored in one common platform. Our Student Graduate Assistants, Assistant Directors, and Senior Leadership can have a view of our teams communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use HubSpot with, a higher education admissions platform. We do not have an API set up so the data is manually fed from one system to another. Sometimes the feed misses out on applications

Our webinars for admissions are much more successful given that we use HubSpot to reach out and market to different segments. We connect with leads and applicants for our webinars through HS
Saves me hours of work.
What do you like best about the product?
If I solid not use hubspot, my job would be substantially less efficient. The template tools help me personalize every email I send. Hubspot makes sending emails hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could send mass emails as individual emails, so it seems more personal.

Hubspot is saving me time and stress.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot seamlessly integrates with other software. It also features many functions that are useful to the sales process such as sending documentation, sequencing campaigns, and setting up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I faced this year is when a prospect responded with a different email and Hubspot fails to log those. So when sequences are set up, I have to manually check in to make sure prospect has responded with a different email.

CRM is a necessary tool for any sales organization today. With sales becoming increasingly reliant on emails, it is crucial to see the prospects' activities and adjust your process accordingly.
