WIN Reality Enterprise Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and to track daily usage, sales funnel etc. Layout and ability to drag deals to different phases of the pipeline is a major plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to undo. Sometimes I press the wrong key and delete the whole message, and I have to retype. An undo function would be huge!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flow of sales funnels, contact organization, and daily usage/activity from the sales team. Obviously leading to more productivity.
It lays out my pipeline nicely, also easy to use vs something like Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Layout of businesses and contacts. Also clickable websites and links. Looking back on old emails and communication with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features could do with some work. That being said hubspot support are always there to help

Contacting the right person for the job and closing business.
HubSpot is a must for any sales representative
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot incredibly easy to use with the interface being extremely intuitive for all my needs. I have used other services before HubSpot and this is by far the best way to book and track my calls/meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my time using Hubspot, I haven't found much to dislike. There have been some occasional glitches but that is to be expected with tech websites and any issues have always been immediately resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business scheduling and email tracking have been imperative in allowing me to better handle my daily schedule with regards to sales calls. This helps make my day more productive.
Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can track emails to and from clients, schedule tasks to remind me to follow up or schedule meetings, and seamlessly use templates and insert documents when emailing clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding and training are not super intuitive or user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails, scheduling tasks, tracking opens and clicks from emails.
Great CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It organises my day for me (which is brilliant!) - I can safely set myself tasks to do later and be reassured that I won't forget about them, and quickly/easily get through my to do list which makes me a million times more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the add companies/contacts function a little clunky, especially when syncing with outside platforms such as lusha/linkedin. This is purely because hubspot isn't amazing at picking up duplicates and so I often find myself copying information in twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity problems - for someone who can be disorganised/forget about things, this tool makes it impossible to be unproductive. My performance and activity levels have significantly increased.
Seamless and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot is user firendly inteface. Hubspot makes it veryeasy to find what you need at the click of a button. Hubspot makes it simple to find the deals you are looking for and aalso merge deals together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see to Hubspot is the number of duplicated that could appear. This could also be the user inputting information into the system as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Hubspot is solving for us is keeping all of our leads in one place and reporting in one centralized location. This smakes for finding repots and deals you need much easier.
BDR/SDR's best friend
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other platforms is probably what makes HubSpot top of the class. Running smoothly with Apollo, LinkedIn and Salesforce is essential for reps that want to keep their activities running. Haven't faced any glitches when adding more contacts, recording calls and testing out sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be the lack of integration with LinkedIn when navigating a prospect's profile. You can use it to InMail or send a connection request, but not to see their latest activities to interact with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me organize all activities in one platform while creating a cadence using pre-determined sequences. By the end of the day, it increases my overall productivity and number of touchpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot shows the deal size and estimated close date for my prospects. It also highlights which prospects are associated with each deal I am working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Salesforce is the NFL, then Hubspot is High School football. Hubspot's search is like Asking Jeeves a query. Often times it will pull up a completely unrelated contact or account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a decent CRM that helps manages my pipeline, especially with the task reminders. Those are invaluable so I do not have to remember everything about when and where I can progress a deal.

I like how seamlessy it works with Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to answer.....every day I seem to learn more and more.

Helping keep track of all of my notes and activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track the sales cycle in one place, from scheduling a meeting to closing the deal and following up with the client
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the website builder is the weakest point of the tool...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before we track all the sales cycles, so we are able to see all the processes of one client within the same tool.
