Maintaining exceptional relationships with HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I love the comprehensive functionality of HubSpot Sales Hub. Having a centralized account that stores details about my customers, such as their names and purchasing preferences, is extremely helpful in managing our business operations. Additionally, I appreciate having an organized place for storing relevant documents like proposals or contracts; this allows us to reference important information when we need it most quickly. We can also send emails directly from within the app also makes our end convenient; we can track whether they are opened and add contact info, meeting links, and more with remarkable ease! Finally, using note tools helps immensely when organizing tasks by allowing me to make updates until something's been marked complete. That said, however, if there were one thing I'd change, its how limited changes using edit fields currently remain - only single properties can be changed at once, unfortunately which makes workflow difficult
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that HubSpot Sales Hub requires users to move back and forth repeatedly, wasting a lot of time. Additionally, I've heard from some members of my team who would like the ability to log call durations with their records - for example, if someone calls them back, they should be able to add how long the conversation lasted. This lack of functionality has contributed to why people have become less active in using it lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Sales Hub is a valuable tool for streamlining daily activities, setting clear goals, and automating much of the necessary work to save time. It has helped me better manage my workflow to be more productive and successful.
Free tool for small and medium business
What do you like best about the product?
Awesome to catalog leads and deals, organize the pipeline, and overall a really solid CRM

Some valuable features are just for the paid plan, with more customization

Organizing sales pipeline, see valuable metrics and cataloging the clients history
Easy to use with only a few minor glitches
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot does a good job of managing contacts within an organization and tracking communication with each individual contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a little glitchy. Sometimes fields/statuses have to be updated/saved twice. There are a few limitations such as multiple email addresses for one contact.

HubSpot makes it easy to track, schedule, and manage communication with contacts.
Great platform for user
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating information on every borrower's details efficiently places all information view easily. It is far beyond any other CRM I have used and by far exceeds the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you can not create folders on your own. It is tough when you have 1,00s of borrowers to follow up with and leads fall though the cracks . It would greatly benifit to have a folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hupspot is solving the game of following up with an existing lead. Tasks are assigned and clearly marked off when completed with in the hubspots platform. My performance has increased.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and very handy. I like to know where I stand and how I can improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is nothing that I dont like about it. It's all pretty easy and helpful.

It improves my work flow and helps me stay focused on the tasks that need my attention.
Powerful and scalable CRM without needless complications
What do you like best about the product?
I love how brilliant engineers built HubSpot for average users like me. It's user-friendly and gives me what I need to manage my contacts, communicate effectively, and never let the human behind the contact record fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because HubSpot continues to iterate and scale, the tool can sometimes lack a more enterprise-level feature while throwing changes our way often. It's needed, but can feel overwhelming when improvements fast and furious at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problems of managing a growing contact database with a collaborative team, executing effective communications follow-ups, and reporting on what's working and what doesn't work. The benefits I reap include transparency across teams, higher referral rates, and better closing conversion rates.
The most powerful all-in-one CRM and Marketing solution!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has a super intuitive, easy interface that fosters quick user adoption and commitment. No matter your current sales process, there's a way to translate it into HubSpot and likely upgrade it in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the size of your company and your reliance on other third-party tools, you may run into some frustrations with HubSpot. Bigger teams require bigger plans, and contacts can become really costly as you're scaling up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub takes data and interactions that were previously held by a single person and makes them accessible to everyone in your organization who should have access. It's super powerful and capable on its own, but it also has what I would consider to be the best compounding effect with its own marketing tool. You won't find sales and marketing alignment capabilities like this in any other tool.

Easy to set take with reminders to make you get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like every system, it has its bugs however usually fixed in a timely manner

It helps me stay on task. Easily able to setup sequence so I can have emails sent out on the day or in the future
Hubspot is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The most important and helpful feature of Hubspot is automation and task creation. It helps me to automate the work easily and I am able to track all the data and never miss any task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, even the customer support is also awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of tracking the leads and prospects with all details is cumbersome and this is where Hubspot comes into the picture.
Predatory cancellation practices
What do you like best about the product?
It is a pretty good CRM for sales purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Predatory design around cancellation with dark spots to make you think that you have cancelled your whole subscription when you have only cancelled one part of the service. They even send you an email mentioning that the Hubspot subscription has been cancelled.
