What do you like best about the product?
All the data is managed in a particular way and can be adjusted accordingly
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tedious work and takes a lot of time to complete the tasks as well as the leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting data on an excel sheet is now hassle-free, takes the same time to generate the data but also gets a proper report of it

What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward but, at the same time, very elaborate. You can start with basic information or you can go all the way and add as much information as you want to make the sales a success
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of information can be overwhelming sometimes. It has everything (esp all the conversations) in the same place, but there is a learning curve that the user needs to cross.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped keep our reach-out efforts all in the same place. Plus its seamless integration with a few other tools is beneficial in keeping track of the usage at various stages.
Its amazing how hubspot really help with our company right now and it is really super easy to use

The most helpful in the hubspot is it has the ability to record all the messages from the gmail and record it

The dislike is you can create as many as duplicated company, I hope they can minimize it

The business problem is how to record all the necessary details from our company and hubspot really help our company to put all details
One Stop Shop for My Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I love having one place to customize the contact or company properties on the left-hand side -- what is most important to me can be set and then consistently viewed. Customizing my tasks by queue has been the most helpful, in addition to customizing my notifications to alert me promptly for what I need to pay attention to. It's a great tool for any and every sales development rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to visually organize the main activities on the contact/company pages, from emails, tasks, notes, etc. From a software standpoint, I'd like to see different tabs that could be grouped differently or even add the option to filter content by date. Having a search option within the company page might be a great tool to search for the activity you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the organization aspect and daily tasks I am required and need to accomplish each day. It helps me keep track of people and who I need to be talking to when.

its simple and user-friendly, straightforward style. We integrate it with all of our tech stack and love that everything is connected!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integrations take a while. and sometimes the system can get glitchy with so many integrations.

User tracking and BDR activity.

Hubspot: Great Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best CRM worldwide, it's user-friendly and convenient. The integration system helps our work to be more efficient and effective. Their features are so helpful and easy to navigate. You can see the performance and the daily task of every employee, and easy to monitor the progress of our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the system is slow. But it is understandable. There's no 100% perfect system. There are always a glitch, system errors and other reasons, but it is acceptable and not controllable on their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes our work easier by monitoring our lead's progress; we can easily see the feedback and replies of our clients and our client's interest. HubSpot is one of the great CRM I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best CRM I have used. I have never been able to manage my data in any CRM before as efficient as I do in Hubspot. Hubspot views and filter allows me to identify and rectify my data to create more productivity on a daily basis

There is no downsides that I have encountered in hubspot apart from logging out on its own

Hubspot is helping in creating a good parametric index regarding daily inputs which is helping us to identify how to plan our day and week accordingly and how much KRA is required

You can check all the information of a contact, track all the previous calls and mails activity or their current status. Very easy to use and check all the information

For my personal use if have put teh task for something so i need a place where i can check all the tasks that i have created, or how many i have completed already. Basically i can segregate them according to the dates or activity,
In contacts options as well if we do have other activity options to segregate the leads for more detailing.

I really like the reporting capabilities from an activity level and also seeing how your email templates are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find something you need but HubSpot's support team is always super helpful in case you get stuck.
