Has everything I need

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the features I can think of. Some of them I discovered months after starting with Hubspot. It can definitely support high-growth companies from 1- 100 users
What do you dislike about the product?
To many options sometimes, I'd like less sometimes, or a limited view. Things that are not important for my business model might as well be hidden from the interface, less clutter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything sales related is in Hubspot: contacts, companies, pipeline, forecast, soon even invoicing & creating proposals. Outbound outreach is taking way less time than before

What do you like best about the product?
In hubspot you can manually update everything data you put in and also you can also correct it on your own if any thing missed or wrong.
Competitors might have automatic save or you don't have to put manually but I like the way hubspot is manual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags but other than that it has everything easy to use.
You can remove the bug although it is great.
This could be better if it has automated filter like 90days old lead something like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve lot of my time I dont need to write it done on paper it has every feature that will remind me if I will open the lead after . Days and contains every data I put before.

Some features are available to Marketing or Service plans only :(

Use of Templates made my sales team become more efficient with our sales communications- especially the routine email messages.

Not much I can think of that I dislike. Goes down more than I 'd like but still infrequently.

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of keeping all team members up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how one can track the customer journey and guide the lead into decision-making in a simple way. You can probably find a way of sending notifications on the easy-to-qualify leads based on available data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel bad about the inability to add phone numbers from specific regions like Kenya. If this issue can be checked, it will help to log and track calls from the CRM, bettering the sales process and record keeping of calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to access all customer and leads' information from one place, reducing paperwork and numerous client record sheets. It also helps in tracking the lead stages, which helps make follow-ups. Additionally, placing a contact in an email sequence is vital as it eases work and makes the outreach simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers multiple integrations, where you can easily combine your marketing strategy, to sales, to operations and send quotes directly through the CRM. The reminders, notifications, and automated tasks are a breeze to set-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can be a little challenging to navigate, and I wish there were more specific rules that could be added for the sequences so clicks would spark a different outcome from an email reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations have replaced or enhanced multiple tools that our team utilized prior to having Hubspot - saving us money overall and helping our team be more efficient. We are able to track cold and warm leads, create specific marketing campaigns per ICP, and leverage the pipeline to manage and improve both the sales and logistics processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integrations, lead-capturing, and reporting data are beneficial in growing our database, driving sales, and making effective business decisions. Having used the software for several years, I've been impressed with how the software has developed. We use hosting for our blog and automated marketing e-mails for our form responses, and I'm using Hubspot academy often. Not only to learn about the software but also how to become a better sales manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have several teams at the office, from developers to ads, digital coordinators, and account managers. I have found that I sometimes struggle with the calling tool. The audio quality does let me down sometimes, but several factors may be involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I initially struggled with call scripts and lifecycle stages, but I have overcome this by using the call recording feature and learning from the articles and communities about customer journeys. I feel more comfortable delivering our solution to customers and managing the complete sales cycle.

Hubspot for Great Revenue

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helped a lot in helping me organize my deals, making it efficient to work on them. I tend to be forgetful so having them on a system like Hubspot is like super helpful. It makes me be on time for meetings, making sure all tasks for the day is done. On top of that, I'm able to prepare my sales strategy because it shows the current stage of each deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this would be the way hubspot create automatic tasks after changing the stage. It takes a while to be created and sometimes it would not even create automatically so I have to create tasks manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem hubspot is solving is most likely having the leads organized. It shows the stages they are on, we can call and email the client, call them, all in one place. It saves time and effort, helping my revenue.
