Easy to connect with other apps, easy to filter accounts and leads

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the sequences are helpful enough to speak to potential customers and that, overall there are different ways to update deals, contacts, and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we cannot populate easily a list of contacts by just entering their names on the search bar in the contacts section. Maybe new filters can be added to include both first and last name rather than just first name or last name filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Sales Hub is solving is the ability to communicate quicker and know who is interacting with us the most.
Hubspot is complex but easy once you get used to it
What do you like best about the product?
What i like about Hubspot is how it is easy for me to organize all my important documents and notes
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is when sometimes there are outages and it takes longer for it to be fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves my problems in organizing my sales chart. It benefits me well since once I set it up everything else is smooth sailing
Consistent with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The Apollo integration. It helps us synchronize the info between the two, meaning you only need to update one or the other and it'll automatically push the info.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned in the title it's consistent and that includes bugs. Sometimes added contacts aren't saved even when you refresh the page and progress can get lost at the end of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us a lot with email sequencing and tasks to follow up on those. Also since it is integrated with slack it sends you reminders so you don't miss those tasks.
It is a game changer for un organized SDR's
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Tasks and templates the best to increase my calls and emails. We are learning to use sequences which I am excited to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when it stops work or is down due to bugs but that is very rare. Would not let me upload screenshot of me using hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay organized and on track with all the tracking and data that is available.
Not Best tool for business!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot keeps my saved contacts updated and properly labeled. It is simple to use and there are so many features of it that would be really helpful for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dont like about it is when you are updating a certain contact and let's say you are in page 10, the moment you clicked again contacts or back button, you will be back on page 1. But overall it is a good platform.

Monitor only emails
It has been very productive and efficient.

I like having the Email templates. Also, the being able to see when clients look at emails. Fact that I can call from the application as well as tracking my activity.

There is nothing I really dislike. The app has provided me with a lot of value, thought it sometimes takes longer than expected time to load customers information.

Efficiency for businesses and better communications with their clients. It has helped me increase sales and stay organized. It has also helped me keep track of my targets

Streamlined communication with customers. Easy to use and track engagement

Sequences- cannot mass re-enroll when have hit HubSpot limit.

Growing our company clientele. Tracking communications and emails.
Useful but with some issues
What do you like best about the product?
All the data is there in one hub, and it is easy to do all manner of contact through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always easy to access. For example, to change an email when a contact's email changes, requires multiple steps, whereas Salesforce it is all on one.

Making a single place to put contacts and reach out to contacts

Hubspot is great! Its very easy to use and helps me keep track of all my incoming leads/deals.
