Easy to use CRM and effective email marketing campaigns...and then everything else
What do you like best about the product?
I like how complete the CRM offering is. You can customize every single field you want. If you want to take this to a completely new model, which you build up from scratch, you can do that too. The ability to seamlessly integrate ypur CRM functionalities with e-mail campaigns is also a favorite of mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the jump in price from the entry level offering to the next step is too large. I understand that a lot of the value comes from this step in increased functionality, but I still find that the second step is a bit too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to contact my clients in an organized, cost-effective and very productive way. If I want to concentrate on light touches like e-mail and calls, that fine. If I want to control the flow of content to the client, thats fine as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to other applications, and I enjoy the notification function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best at knowing when an email is indeed being opened or not. Have had times when it counted a open when it was an auto bounce-back reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot stores my customer info very well and help me stay organzined by having it all in one place.

I love how user-friendly HubSpot is, which allows me to stay on top of my tasks and edit/create notes to stay in touch with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing yet which I dislike about the tool.

Keeping all contacts from CRM in one place for all of the commercial team to edit and change accordingly.

notifications when an email has been opened, clicked etc

What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to have multiple extensions for the same numbers as when there are different extensions listed the calls dont show up on the timeline which can be irritating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to tie in with other colleagues in order to be sure the same company is not being contacted too many times in a short period.

Simplified and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how each and every morning I come into the office and immediately I know what outreach tasks I need to complete. HubSpot helps keep me organized and working efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing that I have found to be tough is that if I need to change a sequence, I have to unenroll all contacts in that sequence for the changes to take effect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping us in line with the level of outreach we need to be successful. HubSpot is also helping us close a communication gap between our business development team and our sales team by recording all outreach to contacts

I love how intuitive HubSpot is! It's easy to navigate, everything is streamlined and there's increased visibilty for everyone on the team

Nothing! I've been really impressed so far.

Keeping everything all in one spot! I've used other CRMs before that don't keep things as organized, so this has been a huge lifesaver.
Easy to learn and plan tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to assign tasks and track progress on bulk emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to track individual email template open rates and click rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to multiple organizations is easy and the ability to create custom lists is beneficial for best practices.

HubSpot is easy to navigate in, and it is easy to understand how I should work in it to maximize the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about Hubspot. When I've had questions to the support, they have been Supergood, quick to respond if I wonder about certain things.

It is easy for me to build workflows around our TCP leads. Automating processes to target leads in a easy and a good way.
