Hubspot has a lot of potential
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for running sequences and setting up outreach. I also love using it to store contact and organization info of all of our prospects. It's perfect for a salesperson with a large audience
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with our company was pretty tough in all honesty. Nothing worked the way we wanted it to and we ultimately ended our contract because of the onboarding/integration issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have always struggled building brand awareness for our organization. Hubspot has given us a platform to do this through its diverse outreach functions. It makes the sales process seemless
Good but not straight forward
What do you like best about the product?
This software captures all the details for the potential sales client and has a very good email integration as well, which could be tracked for a follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software user interface is somewhat clunky and you need to spend a bit of time getting familiar with the functionality of the features. Otherwise it is a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for tracking potential sales clients, storing their information and also emailing directly throught the Sales hub software. It helped me create a long list of sales funnnel.
A great sales-data tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps provide valuable insights into sales and helps track the funnel. With several integrations available, I believe it's a must-have tool for all the sales teams out there
What do you dislike about the product?
Reverse integrations are hard to build and require a third-party tool. Merging different companies and contacts is also tricky and sometimes hard to sync, increasing the manual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us connect our data and insights to the client-facing teams and help us report the funnel better. It also has increased the ease of work and the performance of our employees
Hubspot puts all your customer info in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and it integrates with my emails so they are logged. The tasks feature helps keep me on track. Deals are easy to create and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
workflows are difficult to create. Payments so customers can pay us directly from a hubspot link is still not up to speed, so we are not using it. Properties should be conditional at the pro level, not just enterprise. Too much info in your face to figure out where everything is. There are little things that aren't deal breakers but are just little annoyances. I know they are working on them, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving the problem of knowing what is happening across customers, across employees. With everything logged, there is no guesswork. We can easily communicate with the customer and with each other in one spot. We create all our deals and quotes with price lists in HS. It has really helped to streamline our sales and close process.
Good for early start up
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to manage tasks, create lists and automate outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things you can't do within hubspot - such as enroll contacts in lists (as opposed to companies) sync notes, and certain integrations

It's making it much easier to do bulk outreach and track cadences.
HubSpot - the best CRM I have used so far.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a simple, yet very powerful tool. On one hand, it is very easy to use for beginners. On the other hand - it provides really rich and powerful functionality for professionals. I learn new stuff every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback of HubSpot is the weird way it integrates with Gmail. It does look up Gmail automatically, but to manage conversations properly, you have to install an addon - which is rather annoying. Also, if the Client writes you an email, it does not get to HubSpot until you manually make it there. All future messages in the thread will get to HubSpot automatically, even if you do not have the addon... I would definitely like to have more automation there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all records in one place, I can see what my colleagues doing, and they see what I am doing. I can easily send messages to Clients, using very comfortable accelerators - like snippets and templates. I can also track my pipeline in a very comfortable way.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust platform for lead management, communications, keeping records, track + provides a vast library of content and learning hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks the flexibility and customization to fit large enterprises unlike Salesforce

Mainly keeping track of leads, deals and sales performance stats
Best experience in terms of tracking your sales opportunity with Hubspot, I strongly recommend
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is it's a single platform where it connects you with everything to scale your business. Most people compare it with Salesforce but I must tell you this is the best CRM any other. Hubspot is easy to use and its implementation is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love this CRM software it helps me to achieve my target in many ways, so there are no such things to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working in cloud sales, it's helping me to achieve my target and helping me to deliver best in class customer experience in one place. Hubspot has the best task management, desktop integration, customer contract management , product and pricing management, etc. Hubspot gave me the best platform to track all the sales opportunities and customer database wherein you can easily convert your opportunity into closure.

I wish there was a way to run payments through here

They allow us to easily work with our sales team and trasfer customers between account owners
Single source of visbility
What do you like best about the product?
You can see all interactions from the contact / user in the past including what your team has done to reach out and nurture the lead as well as what the contact has done to self-educated and communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the functions are hard to get used to. There are specific ways to do things in HubSpot that are not very intuitive. User experience could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't get any newsletters or updates from HubSpot, so I do have to go out of my way to learn what changes they are making. I am not sure what they are updating or changing as a result of this.
