I like the ability to track information and that we have visibility to all interactions with customers.

It is solving organizational issues as well as missed opportunities.
We use all hubs at my company and we couldn’t work with out hubspot!

The organization is the most beneficial part. It helps being able to segment and creat deals.

the overall navigation leaves more to be desired and the activity logs can be overloaded and complicated to navigate

Hubspot has made it so easy for us to onboard new employees as well as train current staff on new procedures. IT has transformed how we sell

What do you like best about the product?
Love the templates, customization of those templates, and the automation. The user interface and its ability to integrate with our other platforms is fantastic and essential to the growth of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about the HubSpot Sales platform but if I had to pick it would potentially be the price jump from starter to pro products. It would be great to have a mid-range option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting, deal management, and the best new feature is custom quotes and the ability to pay on those quotes. Our time to close and time to payment has dramatically improved!!
Smooth and customizable CRM (10/10)
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very customizable CRM. Having the possibility to add, modify, merge, clone... properties makes it really aligned with any sales department's objectives. The automation possibilities are also almost infinite so sales teams save lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are a bit limited and not so intuitive to use. As a project manager that prepares sales reports for sales departments, I would like more specific training on custom reports. Also, when working with large amounts of data, the tool works way slower. Quotes are not so customizable and stripe payments are not available in EMEA (my region).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companies need a way to organise the sales information that comes from their prospects. Hubspot can easily store all that information and also automate tasks so sales reps save time. Also, email tracking and registering is incredibly useful.

Hubspot Sales Hub is an amazing tool that offers many benefits to sales representatives
What do you like best about the product?
Supporting the sales process developing through creating sequences, automating and customizing different sales campaigns. Also, automation of the meetings, sending invites through hubspot, creating tasks helps you to have a clear overview of all the sales activities. The reporting system enables you to customize your reporting procedures which is good for the management in the sales department
What do you dislike about the product?
The properties are a bit complex which requires a clear understanding of the functionalities and you might have inconveniences during the process until you lear what concrete properties you need to pay attention on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating message sending, analyze A/B testing to optimize your subjects and body of sales emails. Also, creates amazing, fully-customized reports that help you get a clear conclusion on what is good and what can be better.
