Awesome tool that gives me actionable information all the time for my team
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create visualizations of different sales data. This empowers my team to have actionable information, see points for improvement and identify key areas that we are good at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited visualization options and features that can still be improved by Hubspot themselves. Just a few updates on this and it will be a game changer for companies like us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time visibility on the sales performance of my different teams allow us to make good business decisions.

I dislike the text pop-ups when first logging in to the site.

It's helping me solve duplicates and lost accounts.
Hubspot does a good job of organizing your sales pipelines.

I like the user interface which allows for quick navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead integration from our marketing funnels isn't cohesive and forces me to free-hand fields that are not populated from inbound leads through our web form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized to minimize my time of searching for deals to work on that are of a priority, making me more productive.
Creating personalized emails that are actually templates.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to personalize templated emails allows me to reach out to more customers in a short period & create follow-up tasks. During heavy sales periods I rely heavily on my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending sequences, there is not an option to not allow the same customer to get the same sequence. They should never be able to get the same email twice. Looks bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest feature that helps me is the ability to see who opens and clicks on my emails/links. Without this feature, you are flying blind. Our sales have increased since we implemented the use of a CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the bulk email feature - allows me to save time and reachmany clients at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of available personal customer service - the service hub is great, but sometimes you just need to speak to a human

Allows me to keep up with hundreds of clients, each unique situation etc, and take detailed notes as well. I love that I can track every contact/touch I have made with each client
Very easy to navigate, even without training. Keeps me organized and basically makes my job easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I used SF for years and there is no comparison when it comes to how easy Hubspot is to use. Hubspot has a modern look and features. Many automations help with things like campaigns, real-time analytics and eliminating things like duplicates. I can send emails right from the platform and include documents with a preview screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any dislikes. I would recommend going through training even though most of it is easy to figure out because there is so much this software does that you may not know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in sales and want to send out separate campaigns, like one to partners and one to a specific vertical. I love the sequences and the tracking of my efforts to see what marketing verbiage works and what doesn't. I also like to use templates with the personalization tools because it will not come across to the prospect as mass junk email. Hubspot has automated tasks and reminders that keep me on track.
Hubspot is a great SMB CRM for sales and marketing teams, not overly complex and easy to use

The simplicity and ease of use are the best aspects of the CRM. This provides scale at an affordable cost
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is lacking in the integration department you need to be very careful as you scale your business and need more. One example is trying to find a dialer like aircall or front spin or dial pad that has native integration with HubSpot all integrations capabilities are very limited and often one-sided in the way data flows or the way they allow a 3rd party app to push-pull data, infact their is not a single dialer that has native integration with Hubspot which severely limits my team's ability to build velocity with regards to outreach. we have had to find many unique solutions in order to scale with Hubspot these solutions add on costs. Solutions, not even the internal Hubspot team could show us. we had issues around how deals are created. Hubspot is a big fan of combining accounts off domain name, in order to solve this we have had to bring in outside solutions to manage data prior to being input into HubSpot. I also dislike the HubSpot meetings tool for scheduling its limited in capabilities and poor at reporting on this tool with regards to data on meetings

gives me a CRM for marketing automation and sales that is easy to use and affordable at scale. provides visibility into activity, revenue, and funnel velocity
