HubSpot keeps me on top of my calls, emails, tasks, to-do's you name it
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to create tasks for a contact, company, just a to-do for myself. And lets me do alerts, days times to keep me organized. I have like it a lot more compared to other CRM's that I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of features makes it sometimes hard to find each thing within the many different tabs. Or even be able to try and learn about all the different features that are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that all my notes regarding companies and contacts are recorded. Keeps me up to date with the tasks I need to do, and to make sure I complete and do them on time. Has helped tremendously with making sure no one falls through cracks and I'm able to follow up with them in a timely manner.
Hubspot is easy to use and customizable to the Data you want to track.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of trackable fields that help me measure the progress of my sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
How long it sometimes takes to generate a task or email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and usability. It is updated often and easy for our developers to adjust.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could sort by company in my tasks. I run into some things here and there I wish I could do, but I usually find a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can see my support tickets. Everyone has always been very thorough, helpful, can knowledgeable!
An effective and easy-to-use CRM (even for beginners like me!)
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things about Hubspot Sales hub are the leaderboards, easy-to-build sequences, and effective task organization/completion features. I especially love the UI and the contact/company page layouts in particular.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have found so far are integrations with LinkedIn Sales Nav not being as effective as I'd hoped and some actions are a bit clunky/take extra steps and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me to automate my outbound efforts and easily handle hundreds of leads at once. Hubspot makes it easy for me to prioritize leads and track activity as well as turn cold leads into sales with little effort! Being new to sales and CRM use- I was extremely happy with the training videos and activities.

have been finding a fair amount of duplicates that arent being caught

Task organization
What do you like best about the product?
As far as pipeline organization for sales goes, Hubspot is great. The tasking feature allows me to stay organized and on the ball for sending emails and making calls in a timely manner. It allows me to organize my tasks to contact people by timezone, a huge benefit when working in an industry with unofficial "no-call" hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could merge contacts even if they are enrolled in an email sequence. Kind of a hassle to unenroll from a sequence to merge with a duplicate, then reenroll at the same point in the sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational and time management problems when handling a large sales pipeline. I feel like I am a far more effective rep because of how I can handle the pipeline.

User-friendly and it notifies me often. It helps me organize all the potential customers with ease. Come to think about it, we (Stukent) use HubSpot for a variance of different reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose it can be glitchy. Sometimes it logs me out and I have to relog in again.

Organization and Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about HubSpot is how easy it is to filter leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I go back to a page, it refreshes and I have to re-setup my filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps with maximizing time efficiency through organization and allowing me to make calls without dialing phone numbers. All I have to do is click.

Intuitive and user firendly system easy to self teach. Love the priority feature for tasks.

I really don't like that I can't see if someone previously edited somthing in my contct or comapanies

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot gives real updates on the status of the emails you send out to prospects. TIP Put the company name as a token in the title of the email so you know who is opening and clicking your emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email feedback is great, but I wish it automatically told you who opened and clicked, but adding a company or POC token is a workaround for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use, integrations are good and help keep systems aligned.
