Exceptional Workflow Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
the use of work flow dragging the deals along the process is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
all the steps it takes to create a deal sometimes is frustrating and having the right fields to put in the needed info.

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and keeps my sales workflow organized. The sequences, task queues, and activity tracking make it simple to stay on top of outreach, and the clean interface helps me work quickly without missing follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that several features seem too restricted unless you move up to a higher tier, such as sequence customization, reporting flexibility, and some automation capabilities. Additionally, the CRM occasionally feels sluggish when navigating between records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me stay organized and consistent with outreach. It centralizes my contacts, tasks, and email engagement so I always know where each prospect is in the funnel. The automation and sequences save time, reduce manual follow-up, and help me run a more predictable and efficient sales process.

Additionally, I find the AI chatbot feature to be incredibly helpful, providing valuable support in tasks. I find the forecasting and reporting capabilities somewhat limited, especially when I need deeper customer analytics. Also, the sequence personalization could be improved with more dynamic steps and smarter automation for complex outreach tasks.

The setup process was quite straightforward, enhancing my experience with the software from the onset.

I find the setup of different 'buckets' or tabs for different stages in my pipeline challenging in HubSpot Sales Hub. This feature does not work as seamlessly as I would like, leading to some inefficiencies in organizing and managing my sales pipeline.

I appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to easily find all of my past work and the work of my peers, which is invaluable for maintaining continuity and collaboration within our team. I also really like the deal board view, which helps me effectively track my deal pipeline. This feature provides me with a clear visual representation of where every deal stands, making it simpler to manage and prioritize tasks. These elements of HubSpot Sales Hub contribute significantly to streamlining our customer relationship management processes and supporting teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find HubSpot Sales Hub particularly user-friendly. When I'm trying to build a deal view dashboard, I often lack confidence in whether I've filtered correctly to capture all necessary deals. Additionally, I found the learning curve to be quite steep, especially for someone like me who hasn't used this type of platform before.

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps my customer database sorted, logs emails, tracks deals in the pipeline, maintains task accountability, and enhances team collaboration.
Maximized Call Efficiency, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the ease of use offered by HubSpot Sales Hub. Having utilized this platform at prior jobs, I am familiar and comfortable with its interface, which minimizes the learning curve for me. What truly stands out is the platform's all-in-one capability, allowing me to make calls directly without needing to switch to different programs. This cohesive experience streamlines my workflow significantly. Additionally, the setup was very straightforward, making the integration into my daily tasks seamless. In my opinion, HubSpot Sales Hub is superior to other solutions I have tried, which is why I have no hesitation in highly recommending it to my colleagues. I confidently rate it a ten out of ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when transitioning from one account to the next on HubSpot Sales Hub, the information from the previous account mistakenly carries over to the new account. For instance, if I leave a note about a voicemail and schedule a callback, that action might incorrectly transfer to another account, leading to confusion. This inconsistency can be problematic as it disrupts the seamless management of multiple accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to streamline calls and note-taking, reducing manual data entry by using templates and copy-paste functions.
Exceptionally Organized and Seamless CRM Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well everything is organized on the site and how you can easily find everything you need. It's great that the info on hubspot also gets synced with our other CRM and helps build a bridge between the two!
What do you dislike about the product?
creating reports is not intuitive to me, personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's creating a space where we can track and log customer interactions. We can follow customer journeys on there so customer information never get's lost
Excellent Tool That Delivers, Despite Occasional Slowdowns
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot is being able to keep all of my accounts in a neat and concise fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its slow to load or has issues form time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep all of my accounts in one place and can also pull up key metrics within my own outreach such as meeting goals and completes.
