What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing the different features of Hubspot like tasks, notifications, and priority levels to stay organized and prioritize my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found a downside to using Hubspot. There are enough customizable features to use Hubspot the way you need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me not only keep track of all my clients but also helping to organize them and notifying me when they have new activities. It is a dashboard where I can see al that I have done and still need to do to best communicate with my prospective clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It puts everything I need to see in one convenient, easy-to-navigate location
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier to locate new contact assignments in the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deals feature is the most useful organizational tool within the entire site for me. The ability to see all of my contacts, meetings set, and meetings that have fallen off solves so many organizational pipeline issues I have experienced in the past.

Have not seen anything I dislike so far.

I'm able to have all clients lined up in tasks so I'm able to talk to multiple in a short period of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Task are straightforward and sequential. You don't have to do much in terms of manual labor on the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be buggy occasional. I recommend just putting in a little extra polishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of contacts and their respective companies. Their ticket system is also quick and efficient

I love the email tracking system so I can interact with merchants as soon as I know they are looking into my emails.

No dislikes until now so far. All working well so far.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and the integrations! I love how quickly I am able to bounce back and forth between SalesNav. I rely so much on this integration! Makes life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had the SalesNav integration go out several times. As I mentioned, it is one of my most used tools in the platform and when it is wonky, it slows all of my processes down! Luckily, it doesn't happen often. I would also love to be able to send giphs within the email function! People love a good giph!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me super efficient in creating multiple touch points without having to open multiple browser windows. I also love being able to create tasks for myself and see everything in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot! I have only using the CRM program for a few months, but every day I learn more and more of how powerful and helpful Hubspot is. My clients are the ones who benefit the most from Hubspot's easy-to-use user experience because it makes communicating to my leads simple and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints about hubspot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps me and my team create organized battle plans to sell in our unique territories. Without Hubspot, our ability to be effective would deteriorate and we would be disorganized.

What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited automation features, tracking emails and endless integrations with other products we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will get a little glitchy and I'll have to log out and log back in, or reset my computer, but that happens maybe 1-2 times a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're helping us become a more "tech" company with the automations/workflows, and integrating easily with the platform that we're building.

The integration with Gmail and the simplicity in record keeping of contact

The ability to only send 5 emails in a sequence and the difficulties involved
