What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's great for making your life easy by automating email sequences while keeping them customisable and allowing you to build cadences that use a mix of calling, emailing and LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
Only changes I'd make would be more LinkedIn integration - it'd be great to be able to send LinkedIn messages from Hubspot and automate them like you can with emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it so our sales outreach is much more scalable, which is saving me time in my job and making me much more productive. It's made it easy to hit the right outreach levels and therefore hit target

Quick to learn and easy to navigate through. Integrates very well with other software we use to allow for a more informed sales approach

Sometimes when entering large numbers of prospects into a sequence it can be slow to update the list

Hubspot is a fantastic tool, difficult to get started, but easy once up and running!
What do you like best about the product?
Useful to manage contacts and tickets in a team, let that be small or large, it is essential to my daily process of keeping track of my potential prospects.
Efficient and time effective. Hubspot makes it easy to send emails fast and personalised.
You can link up many other platforms to Hubspot making it even more automated.

What do you dislike about the product?
There can be latency to email sending if you send too many emails in bulk which can be annoying.
Hard to pick up, it will take 2 - 3 weeks to get a handle on Hubspot, coming from a dev background it was easy to pick up for me, but I know of people that struggle getting started with it.

Information tracking. Hubspot makes it easy to store information and also look up said information, which would take hours if I had to handle that myself.
Date tracking, Hubspot is great at making it easy to store large groups of data, allowing for detailed data documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease at which you can organise your tasks and set up the day ahead.
I also like the tracking to feature so you can see your progress daily, weekly, monthly etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike some features, such as when some data gets entered incorrectly you can find it messes up the entire company. I.e. new starts try to update someone moving company and make a mistake, then the entire company is changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralised system where you track and complete everything. previously we used multiple systems. it makes us more productive.
It also solves issues by linking to other tools we use to centralise things. Such as linkedin for sales purposes. We also can link it to our online booking system to input data automatically for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize your workload. Everything at the same place. Super nice to see all the analytics and have an overview of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little too overcomplex at times. Can also be slow at times.

Keeping all work tasks in one space - everything integrated (email, phone, Linkedin, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize all of my contacts by nearly any property I choose is one of the best parts of HubSpot. I love that I can work on the *perfect* email template and reuse it as often as I like. I can share them with my colleagues and vice versa. So the organization and ease of use are the main things I like. When I first began using HubSpot I wasn't super familiar with sales so having content suggestions also was a great help to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to refresh my activities reports more quickly. This is a metric that matters to me and my company perhaps more than the others on my dashboard. I'd just like a quick refresh option for individual dashboard components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization! HubSpot frees up my personal human working memory by allowing me to take notes, create tasks with due dates, and keep a log of ALL communication activity with my contacts. I absolutely could not do this if I were just keeping a spreadsheet or document in various other programs. The integration with my dialer and WhatsApp are also huge benefits.
Hubspot is a simple CRM software and it will be adapted in many ways

Sometimes it doesn't work after updates, but the support solve the problems

To put in order the workflow and to create a solid work and customer experience with all dowels in place

Streamlining the sales process in a visual way really helps to manage pipelines and stay on top of contact engagement.

Subtle things like only being able to do some bulk / batch updates.
