Very easy to use

You can send email quickly anywhere and anytime

Cannot attach file when using hubspot so I have to open laptop

Fast and easy access - I can attend to my client's inquiry as fast as I can even while eating my breakfast having my coffee. Splendid!

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and Sales funnelling that can achieve, the way leads , turn into sale turn into invoiced customers

Not much to complain about, you do need like all CRMs to do the tutorials. to get a firm grid on the product

multiple locations many leads sources, 50 staff members in every country in the world, all on the same page
The HubSpot CRM is simplistic and easy to navigate

The fact that this CRM can not only be a sales platform for every single event and task, but with integration it can be the tool to take your business to the next level!

I work in Education, I would like an enrolment platform

Accurate recording of deals and the fact integration is possible.
It has all the interfaces and user friendly modes required for good business and client management

The HubSpot live forms and landing pages can be created for ease of use for clients and students. as well as data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow and a bit clunky. especially when sharing via zoom or Google Meet in the current climate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correct management of finances for deals including adhoc transactions via the use of landing pages for specific purchases not commonly used in the business scope
Hubspot is a very user friendly and straight forward CRM

Ease of logging, reviewing, and monitoring tasks and results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small issues like bugs every now and then. Also, the auto-formatting of contact numbers. Though it can be easily disabled.

Can't really say much on this but those minor bugs here and there are annoying at times but other than that, Hubspot is superb.
While there are some functionalities lacking, it definitely gets the job done!

I really enjoy the workflows to create automation based on the criteria I want.

I wish that there were some functionalities like reporting on historical values and looking at previous values. Also, the reporting could use some improvements.

Keeping track of interactions with customers/prospects and automating alerts to the sales and support teams. Basically the functionalities you'd want out of a CRM

Because with Hubspot Sales Hub is can creat workflows for process, managing entrance of leads for several channels, create field personalized, create automation e and others functions.

Hubspot Sales Hub dont have easy interface to using. And, still dont have labals for managing cards in pipleine of deals. The repports module is good, but, he can be more easy

I like how simple and easy the interface is to use. I have used Salesforce at my past companies and feel like Hubspot is much more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting in Hubspot lacks compared to other software I have used, definitely not as robust as what a software like Salesforce may offer

Our organization uses this software for sales and, to be honest from start to the end it includes all the features which are required for the organization to maintain the data, records, dashboards and many more.

At first, we were using Hubspot for our calling purpose as well but later due to some issues like numbers showing in spam etc. we integrated with another software which cost us extra.

Before using this software we used to manage our data in sheets but now it helps to Manage to communicate and help us to track our leads where our work efficiency has increased.
