Most user friendly one
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendlyness and customizations possible on the platform are really good. You have calling and recording options through the platform itself. One of the best thing is you have a saperate option for insights about every aspect in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way reminders are designed the platform seem a bit down for me. You get the task reminders over email , how ever a pop up with all options to edit the prospect would be the best choice . I believe so
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is designed for sales and marketing efforts. It eliminates the tideous job of maintaining the data on Excel, using multiple apps for emailing calling , having a proper reporting of the tasks happening and mainly maintaining pipeline accurately.

Works great in terms of keeping track of opportunities, leads, customers etc.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot SalesHub allows the users multiple options to customize not only their view but the way they report data, forecasting of deals, and seeing pertinent info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a cool feature is still in beta but not such a bad thing. I like a CRM that is always evolving and finding ways to meet their customers needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still figuring out forecasting as other data points need set up and squared away but I do love being able to see more in one shot what is expected to close.

Great UI, integratability, reports, reminders, service given by the implementation partner, quick turn around time of the implementation partner
What do you dislike about the product?
Llarge conglomerates have multiple sister businesses within the same sector and each of these have multiple functions that we need to reach out to. A visulisation tool that can be used to map the sister/subsidiaries companies and their departments will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with complete sales process management including lead management, opportunity management, channel partner management including reminders and reports.

Automation of sales process flow, getting leads directly from the website.

Usability can be improved, takes bit of time to understand the flow.

I am able to get the details of the lead from the website, and directly emailed them to respective personnel for further action. Able to manage entire sales lifecycle in one platform.

I like the ability to bulk-change objects by exporting them and importing an updated excel file. This saves us a lot of time. The performance statistics for marketing emails are also super helpful (especially enjoy how a batch of contacts from the open list can be converted and automatically transformed to

It would be nice if "Deal" Objects had as many capabilities as "Company" objects. E.g. the personalized tokes for emails or Forms Event titles only pull from "contacts" and "companies" but not "deals".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track the revenue generated from specific leads when they're uploaded, all the way to when we get income from them. See what works and refine our process accordingly.
A Platform for reducing Complexity in Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Marketing Hub which is part of HubSpot CRM helps marketers in my team stay focused on data. I like the fact that by using the full CRM platform, marketers can align with sales in a way that helps them prove ROI and validate investments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few features are expensive and only are provided access when the tiers come through

It is a big draw for any mid-size company such as us looking for a platform for all customer interactions. Also, It is easily configured, too.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for sales teams, task queues, and the ability to have a source of truth on all lead and deal records that is shared across Marketing, Customer Support and Operations teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be better deal prioritization / rotting features and call integrations.

Sales deal pipeline management, task management, lead qualification, automated outreach, lead scoring, playbooks (training). transparency into all touchpoints with all teams.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to maneuver through Hubspot. It is simple to set tasks and reminders on things I need to prepare for and tasks I need to accomplish in a day/ week
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult when duplicate contacts or deals are made in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep me on pace and understand my goals to complete tasks.
