What do you like best about the product?
Efficient to use. Easy way to keep a track
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI sometimes is a little hard to use with a few updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves problems like disorganized sales processes, missed follow-ups, and lack of visibility into deals. It centralizes all sales activities, automates routine tasks, and provides real-time insights saving time, improving team coordination, and helping close deals faster.

What do you like best about the product?

Sometimes my incoming calls don't always track
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so easy for me to log calls, emails and events and update that activity with useful notes that I can refer back to.

Making Sales Work Easy

What do you like best about the product?
The task completer. So simple. You walk into work, open your laptop, got to tasks, and work from there all day. It's Amazing. Notes, calls, emails, connection requests, Inmails, meetings, sales navigator connections, deals, company information, everything and anything on the same screen for you to make your tasks simple. Including a Next Task Button !!!
What do you dislike about the product?
iWhen having to delete a contact, it takes you out of the task screen into all contacts and then back to tasks set the filters, and back in. It just takes away from the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multitude of tools required to complete a full day of sales tasks are all in one place, as well as keeping a record so my superiors can keep track of my daily progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use hubspot to keep track off all my customer data. This includes the customer information, along with all the communications, notes, and sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few options that can be less clunky. I would like to see sequence on a company level and not only through the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is allowing us to keep track of our sales, pipeline and communication tracker. Additionally, able to see reporting for compensation and overall company revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, hubspot brings the opportunity to make correct follow-ups to our potential clients. Also, automatization is really simple to configure, I'm not an expert tech guy, but I have been able to make different panels, workflows, and sequences easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually nothing, I'm really satisfied with the CRM, my experience has been great since day one. maybe to having more resources in Spanish could be really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatization, schedules, itineraries, follow-up´s has make me be a more efficient profesional. yes i am more productive, yes my performance has increase a lot

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can filter information on different levels. The Company level, and then all Clients associated with the Company, and have a view of all open Tickets and Deals for the Company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little difficult to discern emails on open Deals (which is the level I use) because it merges with other emails from other open Tickets and Deals for the same account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked with HubSpot a few times when an email address is marked as spam and outgoing emails bounce. They are very proactive and responsive to help resolve this quickly so that all email correspondence can be tracked.

What do you like best about the product?
Since switching to Hubspot we have seen an uptick in efficiency, transparency, and reporting capabilities - all of which have led to increased sales
What do you dislike about the product?
History is a bit limited. For instance, if someone changes a price on a potential sale, that data isn't stored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot has everything--it is both a CRM and does engagement as well. Means that I waste less time looking for things in multiple places.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things don't seem very intuitive before you know what's going on with them. And the landing page isn't my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-up is a huge thing in sales! Hubspot makes this easy to do with tasks and reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrated CRM with CMS. (COS). The CMS performance is quite good, the pages load fast. It is easy to create workflows in the CRM. We use this tool every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email marketing features are quite expensive. The app sometimes are maintenance issues. They use to not be strong for multi-language, now the tool is much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM and CMS needs for our company. Good integrated solution to followup on leads etc. Good and relatively fast support. I can recommend this tool. Maybe not as easy to setup as other basic CRMs.

I like mostly that it's combineable with other applications such as aircall and google mail.

The Insight part didn't give me the information I needed
