Hubspot is Dope!
What do you like best about the product?
Besides the ease of automation, tracking is priceless. I can see everything I need to see in the dashboard from through rates, to open rates, etc. I can do A/B testing and see what's hitting home for people. It's also nice to be able to track how much you're working, great for employees and employers to see who is preforming well and where improvement is necessary. I also love that it links to all my other apps, so LInked in and Zoom info integrate seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hubspot can be a little janky (as all SaaS can be). Things not loading and what have you, but I have yet to work with software that hasn't crashed from time to time. I'd also love some autofilling features, it's currently a bit too self designed. For example, when I send a new email it'd be nice if it filled in as much info about that person as possible rather than me going in and manually entering the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased output. Better tracking. Improved organization.
I'm never lost as to what my next task is, It's all right there in Hubspot. I am able to send out more information to my clients putting our company top of mind. All while being tracked to improve performance moving forward.

HubSpot helps you save time and keeps you organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create companies and contacts and then being able to keep all communications on file. This saves me time daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times I want to be able to create divisions inside the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot keeps me on task and in order. I am never lost when I have HubSpot on!
Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has great tracking of all contact with prospects to customers. There is easy reporting and great integration tools as well. This tracks all my activities so I always know where I am and what my next steps are. No more digging through different programs to find notes and reconcile prior to calls or contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
the reporting can be a little challenging to navigate, however, a lot of custom reports are available. I wish there were easier pre canned reports, or clear steps on how to make your own that were a little easier to find and navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot of accountability within the program. I can always see when anyone else is involved in accounts, where they are at int he sales process, and what I can expect next without all the sales "fluff" that typically comes along with it.

Nothing to report, I think Hubspot is pretty great

If I'm quite honest I don't know. This is my first time using Hubspot Sales Hub, and I am enjoying it.

Took time to get use to but now I wouldn't trade it.

So many ways to search. The app. Its tied to the calendar, so the meetings show up.

That you cant search by address. The questions/Properties cant be darker or bolded.

They are helpful when an issue arises. No issues at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the hubspot notifications that shows me who viewed emails or sequences I created. Allows me to keep my pipeline up to date, also a great temperature gauge of where the prospect is in the process

It takes a while to learn how to use every tool. Also to set up the sales hub (personally in a way that works for you). Improve upon what an individuals uses most, and maybe ask for suggestions

Time. Sales hub saves you so much time and organizes things for you.
Hubspot - easy to use, adopt and use as a single view of the customer
What do you like best about the product?
I have always liked how easy it is to use Hubspot. If you have ever used a CRM, the interface is intuitive, easy to learn (for everyday use) and has the capabilities to grow with the demands of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you plan on being a super user, there are some frustrations around finding the location of more advanced functions. With that being said, the tutorials do answer 90% of those questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub is driving our sales process and has enabled the key steps in the process to be a requirement, so reps can't cut corners and so that we are setting up our customers, our deals, and our company's forecast for success and accuracy in the associated expectations. It makes my life easier, as I don't have to search for external documents, I just let the tool guide the processes.
Very straight forward, I cannot live without HubSpot.

Its very easy to use and helps keep the organization organized with the many moving pieces that we do have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, HubSpot does exactly what it is meant to do. Can't complain.

Staying organized with sequence tasks, never lets any conversations slip through the cracks if you set it up right.
