Very organized and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The ticket and conversations tab are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't assign deals to conversations as well as it was difficult to locate metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me resolve issues with customers through chats and tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see if someone has opened your email, how many times they opened it, and also being able to see the time they opened it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wouldnt say I dislike it but I'm not a big fan of the calling system

Gathering as much information on a customer as possible, it saves a lot of time during the day.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that it enables me to follow up on calls logged. It prompts me all the time about emails sent and opened by the recipients. It keeps me up to date with the information I need to carry out my duties on a day-to-day basis. It definitely an excellent tool to manage team efforts and activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any issues except for when I was not getting the prompts in my email for when I would log my tasks and appointments. Sometimes I would be getting updates and emails unrelated to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it is solving are that of the follow-ups and keeping me informed when I do follow up with customers. Also, it allows you to see deals won and lost for a particular period enabling you to do a comparison.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to keep track of all contacts in various lead statuses, as well as to navigate between contacts at companies. The ability to log email transactions from our company email is super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Setting up email sequences is a bit tedious but once those are live, the rest of the process is seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach efficiency. Lets us contact people at scale, with a level of personalization.
A comparable SalesForce Alternative
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hubspot for a while now. It was very easy to pick up compared to SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more reporting features.

HubSpot is saving a lot of time via their automations.

It's super easy to use, I like it better than Salesforce.

It has some glitches from time to time, that is the only thing I don't like.

The automation of the sales process is the best feature.

The integrations could be better, we use Zapier in some areas where integrations are missing.

Sales automation. This allows my team to focus more on strategy rather than the tedious processes. Automation also allows us to move through the sales process with precision, without missing a lead.
