Fantastic platform and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I love being about to keeps multiple contacts and keep notes together for those contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
None, I like the whole product. Very easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking feature allows me to focus and respond quickly to potential clients

What do you like best about the product?
When creating contacts, you can provide a lot of information. This in turn can lead to a better overall look and feel for the rest of your company when they go in to look t that contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't necessarily say "least helpful" but i would say that Hubspot can definitely lag at times. I notice this most when doing conversations. I do around 5o a day, so I have gotten to know the lags pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving a company wide co-editing problem. It is nice that everyone can have access to the same emails, contacts, etc. If this were not the case, I do not think my company would use HS.

Fast updates and responses/ little to no crashes

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how fast Hubspot answers requests for updates. If there is a way to make my sales process faster, they are open to making changes. I also rarely deal with application crashes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little complicated to figure out and not as intuitive as I'd like from a sales perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting clients by timezone/state! Makes it easier for me not to call the west coast at 6 am.

eate sequences and assign task for myself. Having the ability to create tasks that will remind me to followup with prospects helps tremendously with the sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub allows me to track a lot of my metrics that are generally time consuming to track such as emails sent, dials, and where the prospect is at in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integrations with many other platforms that provide time-saving solutions. Whether it's sales, marketing, development, or tracking, all solutions are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities could be a bit hard to understand at first. Tutorial videos could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping reaching out to multiple clients easily and allowing to track and organise better. This is a much needed functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Gmail integration has been a HUGE help to me and saved me a lot of time. The customer service is also some of the quickest I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot receive calls through Hubspot or send texts through Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest thing is making all areas of the sales process as efficient as possible.

Easy, Effective, Comprehensive

What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson

- Ease of use (Tasks, Note taking during a discovery call, the ability to make calls directly from the CRM)
- Creating of deals linked to a quote that is also linked to my stakeholders
- Marketing files accessible directly in the CRM
- Snippets and templates facilitate my writing of emails
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is not designed for blast emails. HubSpot mojo is "inbound, inbound, inbound" - I get that but it'd be great to be able to send more than 5 emails in an email sequence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves pretty much all my business challenges. All-in-one solution for the whole business.

I personally use it as my sales platform where I do everything from contacting my prospects to planning my day to creating quotes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a very user-friendly interface, and the learning curve is not very steep.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integration limitations, but often times there are suitable workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot serves as a core hub for resource management and analytics.
