What do you like best about the product?
Good at tracking the different stages a client is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't organise attachments into groups, or view pdfs in a tab on the contact page. It would be useful to view documents easily on the contact page.
The notes made under deals should have an option to appear on the contact page. It saves time clicking in and out of deals. Perhaps it can be called "Deal notes".
There should be an option for sections to only appear when its associated with a certain company - than doing a bunch of back end programming to make it work. Makes it more customisable.
You can't log emails to a contact manually in the outlook extension it only picks it up if that person is cc'd. There should be an option to log that email under a client or company manually, as they still relate to the client, even if it's not addressed to them - not copying and pasting the email content.

Simplicity & ease of use. Almost anyone can pick up this tool and use it.

There are limitations to certain reports & filtering options.

Simple to use, user-friendly, integration is awesome. We basically manage all of our pipelines in HubSpot so great job guys!

Needing to pay by contact is a real pain because it does not allow us to use HS as a cold outreach tool.

Allowing me to easily manage my pipeline, segment by deal stages, assign owners, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely loved the quick turnaround time on the key issues posted. There is a genuine willingness to deliver the best possible results for the client and work towards excellence. Kudos!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a great experience. Nothing that I can pinpoint. Yes, the emails shared for the explanation could have been light in content and a bit easier to read and implement but that was compensated with exceptional on-the-call delivery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a good CRM for lead management and a much more streamlined way of reaching out to the leads and proper accountability. HubSpot Sales fits our requirements perfectly.
Hubspot the best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great one-stop shop for all of my CRM needs! We can store it all. of the needed data in one spot which is great. I also love the meetings feature- it makes. it's easy to schedule meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data does not sync properly and that can cause a headache. Also, HubSpot syncs with Gmail which is great but it disconnects a lot of the time which can also be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all needed data in one spot. It allows us to schedule meetings easily. And it allows for great deal boards that we can all collaborate on. Love how it keeps all client info in one spot.
So very impressed with HubSpot compared to our over priced and under used previous CRM

There isnt just one feature, its the whole package we've all fully embraced it and love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the pricing structure is fair and reasonable. No complaints from Cox & Plant.

It is just such a slick easy to use system, it's brought huge benefits to the business.
Best CRM software
What do you like best about the product?
Is very easy and clear. You can always guess how to stuff also when is the first attempt in doing something. Also you can personalize and analyze a lot of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the filter are a bit tricky, I feel like I am loosing some time behind them, but once you get them is much more faster. Also some stuff you repeat it on customer and company level, this should be automatically updated and it will be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility to create and personalize sequences, add task and tag other members of the team, the booking notification of a meeting and the best thing to be able to check when and for how long somebody has checked the email. Love it

Try it out, there is a trial version and you can see very fast how amazing it is
