Very easy to use. I made the transition from another CRM and was pleased how smooth I was
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility, ease of use, easily laid out and very user friendly. Can also send emails directly from HS. Great tool to use for marketing purposes as well. Mass emails have been huge within HS for us
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't seem to have a LinkedIn integration. Little out of date as far as interface updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline visibility, prospect organization, communication within the sales team and other colleagues, and overall being a solid sturdy CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Love the template feature. It makes it really easy to send personalized outreach at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pipeline feature could be improved. An easy way to remove deals completely and reset the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with scaled outreach and organization. It is the glue that keeps us organized.

Easy to implement. Gmail plugin is essential.

Hubspot allows me to keep my pipeline organized and is such a great tool for most companies

I like the task feature the most, it allows me to stay on track with my meetings, follow-ups and pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Hubspot! I do wish there would be a way other then creating task to make calls one after another.

It is helping us solve the organization of our sales team's pipeline.
Great UI, some features needed

I think the UI is really clean and workable
What do you dislike about the product?
Their is room to add some features and ease of navigation between pages (multi-threading emails, ability to push folks into sequences from integrations like Linkedin).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and centralizing outreach to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot is a one-stop-shop. Being able to book meetings, manage the pipeline, and provide marketing is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it provided more options to build sales charts and overall goal-setting tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to be successful and also track pipeline progress. It is user-friendly and easy to get new team members up to speed. It simply saves time!
Helpful for tracking and follow-up
What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful when doing follow-up with leads to track responses and service interests. Love the sequence feature which enables faster follow-up and saves me some time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could send one email for follow up and it would track to all the recipients, but you have to send a separate one to everyone. The sequence feature helps with this process for tracking though now that we have access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nice way to track inside sales activity before handing it off to the team as a true prospect. Also, helps with tracking different pipeline deals so showcase all the work and effort we put in behind the scenes before we can close a deal.
HubSpot gets the job done but has a lot of minor issues that add up.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is straightforward. It doesn't take a lot of brain power to use and it is one of those that you can pick up easily. I don't mind a challenge but I also like things to be predictable and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Hubspot has a lot of little issues that can become time-consuming. We do have a team that specializes in HubSpot and its integrations. They seem to get a pretty fast reply from HubSpot when needed which is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is solving our CRM and automates part of the process to reduce the heavy lifting by our SDR's giving them more time to reach their quotas. We also use HubSpot as a CRM in another portion of our business that requires us to have a separate CRM from the one our SDR's use.
So far I've had an amazing experience with Hubspot its quick and easy and super efficient.

I appreciate how easy and efficient HubSpot is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Hubspot lags sometimes in regards to loading or sometimes there are complications with sending emails and texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to be more productive by making more calls per hour.
Convenient Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track emails in real-time with notifications on your phone as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant make multiple calls at the same time.
