Hubspot - amazing CRM features and more marketing analytics than competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Perhaps once of the best things about Hubspot is the service and support their team provides. With other CRMs, I felt brushed off when I experienced feature issues, didn't know how to solve a problem, etc. But with Hubspot, they are super responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any CRM, you have to map out what you want to do and make a bunch of adjustments based on your particular use case. One annoyance is that data on reports and dashboards takes too long to refresh and the refresh function doesn't work that well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best email tracking visibility and email marketing campaign visibility of any CRM I've used. Record management is simple and the usability is high for this CRM.
A Very Positive Experience, Coming from Salesforce.
What do you like best about the product?
Changes are intuitive, the platform is powerful without feeling like a labyrinth the way Salesforce can, automations are easy to get going, data tracking is very indepth, and the reporting tool is *generally* as fully featured as I would like it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The split of primary objects into: contact, company, and deal can cause issues with my companies workflow and makes simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. Wish the Meetings tool was a little more feature rich in terms of assignment and control of multiuser meeting workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed better tracking of our clientele, both in terms of the status of the account, and the efforts of the agents involved. Hubspot has powered a pretty big shift in how we do things and we are just scratching the surface so far...
HubSpot to get organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to link the necessary individual to the case at hand, keeps great track of where we are at with a client. I like that I can store photos and emails to the client's account and work a full estimate straight to that folio. I have not used other interfaces this one seems to keep it locked all to one and is a pretty solid program.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times HubSpot can be glitchy and have to wait a long time for a case to hit the deals. I have at times waited 30 mins to an hour. Although this is not all the time, it would be an exceptional program if this happened less. It is detrimental to have immediate access to the client's folio. It would be nice if you made it possible to PIN 2 notes - this would be very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps significantly with communications amongst our small crew. Although not all of the crew reads the notes when they do it is exceptionally helpful to keep us all on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use and keep organized. Not sure what we would do without it!

Not being able to bulk edit or complete tasks

Best CRM Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely user friendly, highly customizable and visually appealing. The first site I go to ever day is Hubspot to figure out my tasks for the day. Great visibility across marketing and sales on contact, account and campaign progress and results. Hubspot allows me to upload contacts for future marketing campaigns, while working through the sales funnel
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is no native built in dialer. Perhaps not necessarily a direction that Hubspot would like to go but I would value having the features of hubspot with the capabilities and features of a tool like SalesLoft. Flows are more designed for marketing purposes, would like to see sales cadences for daily outbound calls, email and social. Importing contacts could be improved, I can either import as company or contact, but not both. As a result, I either get one or the other...and have to manually complete the rest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us with marketing campaigns and is the starting point for sales prospecting. It provides visibility across sales and marketing on progress and results.

Creating meetings based on customers availability
Incredible overall, easy to use, efficient to follow and very effective.

What I like best are the follow-up tasks, and how you get reminded when you have to finish something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to connect with leads through the app, which makes you leave the app and connect with them through another phone.

Efficiency in following up with new leads through email and phone, reminders to keep a process.
Superuser for small e-commerce shop: Definitely recommend
What do you like best about the product?
We use sequences, tickets, tasks, and templates daily. It really does help our team to stay on top of marketing to customers and respond quickly without wasting precious time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint is how data gets sent from Hubspot to other platforms (Zapier, for example). I wish I could more easily drill down, see associations, and export data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us cut down on a significant portion of the "who said what to whom" back-and-forth we used to have as a team. This was one of the primary reasons for adopting the platform, and it's worked well for us.
Hubspot is fairly easy to use and their support team is topnotch.

Ease of obtaining support from their customer support team when needed.

That the data is not static and can change overtime

Allows us to control what we want to capture in our day to day operations. Allows us to also build dashboards to track metrics
HubSpot brings productivity to a new level with their analytical approach to sales and marketing

Being able to personalize content while still being able to achieve those high numbers

A lot of the pop-ups in hub like the templates tool. You cannot select tab and be brought to the search bar in the popup rather you have to actually click the bar. Could save time by getting the pop up to the first dimension on the page
