Great System!!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easier to filter through the customers, keep track of how long approvals take, love how we can create new workflows quickly and easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that we cannot search a customer by their address - it can only be the name
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing that I am aware of atm
Hubspot is very user friendly!

Intuitive and easy to navigate. Was able to get through without much training.

Very manual processes when trying to reach multiple customers at the same time

Hubspot is easier to use than most, but could have better data points compared to salesforce.

Hubspot lets me filter easily to see which prospects are have certain traits.

Great flexibility to customize the platform and the support is excellent! Customers appreciate the ease of use as well.

Really needs an in-app dark mode! The stark white gets tiring.

Deal organization, collaboration, scheduling and task keeping. Keeps the sales process rolling and helps to automate daily tasks.

How easy to use the CRM is. Most helpful is the tasks view at the top and sales analytics. Just hubspot.

I dislike all of the pages in the CRM...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any problems being solved.
Everything is laid out very well! I never have trouble navigating through the site :)
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily find contacts anywhere from yesterday to almost a year ago! Very simplistic, easy to use and clean!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bugs happen, but there will be instances where tasks get created twice, or I am running through a task list and it will not let me continue, so I have to reopen the task list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hopefully Hub is actively fixing the issues that do happen (listed above for me personally), but nothing too hindering of my performance.

It's a great platform for sales positions! Highly recommend it - very easy to use!
Hubspot has helped me to complete my work in high volumes.

I like how simple the user interphase is. I am not a very tech-savvy person but Hubspot is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am working on multiple computers through the same Hubspot account the app will crash. However, this rarely happens.

Efficiency. I am able to reach out to an enormous amount of leads very quickly because of the simplicity and high speed of the website.
HUBSPOT- AN INNOVATIVE EXPERIENCE
What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility and flexibility. There are so many avenues to venture into on HubSpot. I can use it to track my student's progress throughout the enrollment process and track my progress as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slightly hard at first, but once you learn how to use it, it is quite useful. Sometimes, a workflow may not work the way you want it to, but you can always go back and make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issues of "flow." Everything becomes so easy and simple once you learn how to navigate everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time. It can be taxing to learn all of the ins and outs of HubSpot at first. I have a great director who has learned almost all there is to know about it, and she has taught me and my coworkers great tips and tricks.

Setting tasks and being able to see the workflow between departments within my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, nothing. Very happy with it. Try it out!
