HubSpot can be a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get the flow of things it's great!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily set tasks, identify client status and communicate asynchronously with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some sections of the platform can all blend together at times, making it easy to miss information/steps/etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us, as an early-stage company, streamline processes that we are unable to automate.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps organize all the information in a very neat way while also keeping the most relevant information easily accessible
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the duplicates and having to constantly manage that. I feel there could be another level that HubSpot uses to suggest duplicates said from the domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is organizing all the data I collect and my colleagues collect and putting it in one place and displaying it in a fashion that is easy to use.
Increased Productivity and extremely user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to stay organized and boost my productivity. Being able to create deals and update them through the sales cycle helps you identify opportnities in your process.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times loading up leads to the platform is a little bit slow. I wish there was a feature that allowed to load up leads and create a task at the same time. Also, it would be nice if there were more options for how information is displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to accurately conduct the sales cycle. It also gives me a chance to see what processes work for me and other people in my organization and learn from those experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is...You get an incredibly powerful tool with very little learning curve. I set tasks ecmverdsy and complete them very simple .Also the few times I had to call their CS was second to none
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing...I have used a lot of their competitors and ill take the oepsi challenge with HubSpot anyway of the week. A great tool for startups and SMB but maybe not for very big companies

It helps me craft emails, and sequences as well ans remind me if I missed anything from that day. Also the email tracking and the dashboards ate very helpful.. .

If you need a great platform for intelligence, enablement,tracking etc this is the platform
Great tool with many useful features
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to enroll multiple contacts into similar sequences and tailor each message for personalization. Adding in documents and snippets is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are not available, or make daily use overwhelming. It would be great to have the tool integrate with other e-mail techs to provide suggestions on content and grammar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of scaling your outbound messaging strategies with personalization. Marketing e-mails only go so far, but being able to reach people individually for your whole team is great.
It's very easy to use once you get not only used to it but have a routine or rhythm.

I like how it's easy to navigate the candidates through the steps, very efficient

Doesn't count any extra positions to apply

Solves not having to do any manual documenting or tracking for potential candidates and applications

Very easy to navigate and complete tasks. I was unfamiliar with it before this job and it took only a couple of days to become an 'expert'

I wish it tracked my calls a bit better.
