Keeps me organized and efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the notification when a customer opens an email, I am able to call them on the spot and avoid playing phone tag! Helps my close ratio like crazy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could drag and drop other emails from other people into the account from my work gmail that are related to the file

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has become invaluable in tracking leads and keeping communications in one handy spot - big fan!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the search feature to be a bit wonky at times but otherwise, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The many different tools available through the Sales Hub have helped to solve multiple problems!

The ability to quickly manage the people I reach out to or who I want to reach out to is my favorite part.

Some glitchy technical issues slowed down my process

Organization has always been a struggle for me, and Sales Hub definitely helped!

organized fields for stages of various stages of pipeline helps me stay on top of my deals

I don't think there is much that is missing- it has what I need to organize my deals

It is helping me organize my pipeline of deals in an efficient manner.
Hubspot is so user friendly and very easy to navigate

The template feature that allows me to view all past created templates.

No serious dislikes. One suggestion would be further qualifying inbounds

I get frusterated that you can't use contact filters on the deal pipeline, I would love if you could sort by deals but also filter them by traits of associated contacts

It is the filing cabinet and assistant for those without a human version

There could be better automation and integration for this plan, but that's available with upgrades

Sometimes things can get complicated when you are trying to see which prospects are in sequence or aren't, and when contact info is being imported from zoominfo

Helping stay organized and on top of prospecting, helping us have a tool that tracks and lots emails and correspondences which helps me keep in contact with all of my prospects
