What do you like best about the product?
It cuts down on time it takes to plan my day.

When entering a phone number, it assumes USA area code

Very convenient meeting tool setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like the set-up of meeting activities, collaboration and visibility of the leads, and the simplicity of the meeting schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access rights management, I want my team to see the contacts but only get access to the communications they are sending. Now they have access to all communications of different departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads track and onboarding management tool, schedule a meeting, pitching the leads, reminder and task management tool.

Sometimes the automation trips itself up.

I don't forget to follow up with leads. It helps me prioritize hot leads that are engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
its easy to use and navigate. most things about hubspot i would recommend to others and its much easier than previous crms i have used
What do you dislike about the product?
Call recording can be a pain, as i have some issues with calls being recorded and uploaded to the dashboard. this has been brought up with support and not solved unfortunately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
by being easy to navigate and upload contacts into the dashboard, it allows me to get work done much faster and more efficiently. the sequencing seems to be working out great too

Hubspot is intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot is intuitive to learn and use. Over the years I have used other well-known CRM's including the market leader, but you are heavily reliant on your tech team to fully understand them and implement them in a way where they help you in your day-to-day role. I found Hubspot to be great straight out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, to date I do not have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has easy to set up reports and sharing is easy. As a BDM the reminder function is great as it helps me create my workflow and follow up with prospects at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I found setting tasks as reminders as well as pre-set of sending emails very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
can not delete the leads which are then mixing with other leads - should be easy to get them out of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it brings a more organized approach into the work of sales consultants so he/she can focus on more important tasks.

Great for company transparency

What do you like best about the product?
As a CRM tool it's great for prospecting and managing companies and accounts. The sequences, documents, contact filtering and deal board are all useful, functional features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is limited and counter-intuitive. There are lots of nuances we struggle to report on because tracking is done with plain text fields rather than quantative fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables the entire sales to funnel to be tracked, monitored and engaged. This is now tying in with the marketing function to accelerate our growth and increase the quality of our leads.

I love being able to see who has opened my emails and clicked on links.

I haven't come across anything unuseful yet.

HubSpot makes it easy for me to track my tasks and keep on top of prospects that I need to contact.

Great CRM tool for comms and deals management

What do you like best about the product?
Easy visualisation of the engagement you have with leads. The Deals section is a great tool to keep track of all engagement with contacts and determine with clarity their stages in the sales funnel. Also being able to name the Deals stages as you need is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meetings tool could be a bit more customisable. The way it integrates with Microsoft Teams is still not ideal, as the meeting link will be inserted at the bottom of the email sent to the contact (some contacts won't see it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way you can keep track of all the conversations happening with deals is very helpful. It prevents you from getting lost among endless emails, and Hubspot will quickly show you when you last engaged with the contacts within each deal, making it easy to keep on top of your engagement needs.
