Easy to navigate, great to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I can find my contacts very quickly, and ensure I keep tabs on all my open deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling reports could be easier than it is right now. More videos on how to do things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FOr me the biggest thing are the tasks. I sometimes lose track of where I'm at with a prospect, but the tasks ensure I don't forget.
User friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely user friendly. If you are doing something new, it is usually very easy to work out. If not there is always help. Much better than any CRM I have used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom integration is not great. The comment box does not fit the screen and it is difficult to save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of contacts and tasks is easy and the email templates save a lot of time

What do you dislike about the product?
- Slow, can be clunky at times
- Steps are not always clear
- Program onboarding is lacking - work-specific processes MUST be taught.
- Everyone utilizes hubspot differently
- Too slow to change all properties in a pipeline (idea: keyboard shortcuts - select property and click 1-4 ?)

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's organisation tools and filters allow you to organise your workflow in a way that suits you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is unreliable at best, and useless at worst. Constantly fails to find tickets generated from emails that can be found by manually searching for it.

Makes team workflow easier and chains allow you to see a full insight into a situation.
It really has helped us to keep a good track of our customers and prospects

It's a simple tool that can be customised to your needs, from reporting through to task reminders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't as intuitive as they should be, and the live chat isn't necessarily the greatest. However any issues are resolved relatively quickly and for its price you cant complain

Keep track of tasks, especially following up and prospecting into a large number of personas and companies.

HubSpot from a SDR'S Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of HubSpot is the ability to carve out sequences with ease and leverage collateral all within one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike is an inability to edit some aspects of sequences after they have been enrolled, currently we have to end and recommence the sequence which becomes complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps to break down silos and enables the sales team to collaborate all within one system. The benefit for me is ease of prospecting, visibility of pipeline and collaboration with team members within the platform.
Essential tool for the modern sales person
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place - your entire CRM - from Companies, to contacts, to creating pipelines and multiple pipelines, and reporting. Automated email templates, reminders. If you can get it set up correctly, you wouldn't need to use another spreadsheet again!
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's NOT set up 100% correctly, trying to collect all the necessary information into one handy report can be annoying and sometimes best to use a spreadsheet for easy updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations between all the different teams means our customers (B2C & B2B) can have their information in one central spot, meaning all departments can see exactly whats been happening with that client.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track my leads and use tasks to remember when to contact them again as well as tracking call insights

Email notifications can be a bit much but I could also just turn these off myself
