The best CRM ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate, Love the fact that I can keep all the client records and notes in one system
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be better to have the option to automatically record all calls than to answer the same question with every call made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me not keep paper files and money savvy when it comes to stationery.

Usefull CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, the fact that can use extensions such as google calendar, Gmail and slack makes it easier to work with from any of these apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes you can get lost because of all the features it has, it's just a matter of using it and work around it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's helping our sales department be more focused on their tasks, how to track the performance and keep every step of the sales process recorded in the hub

try to take all the training they provide for free on the HubSpot academy, it'll make it easier to use,
hubspot is very super and easy . Recomending !

What do you like best about the product?
It literally saves so much of time as once I have my leads/contacts enrolled in a sequence, tasks are created & way more manageable. Sequences are the greatest tool I need in the job that I do. Also, it links up with my Outlook mailbox so the integrations make life way more manageable.

To be completely honest, there is nothing that I dislike. This is really has been a tool that manages & exceeds all my expectations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to see exactly what I have to do for the day. No need to be searching around looking for certain clients/contact. Tasks simplify my day
Good CRM for small/medium sized sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
very user friendly and easy to learn. Their Hubspot academy is really nice to get new hires onboarded easily. having sequences in the CRM is pretty handy for outbound sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It#s a great CRM if you are a small/medium sized sales team. there are some limitations when it comes to analytics or outbound activities (sequences, emails, round robins). If you have a big team of 20+ you might want some specific analytics that can be hard to retrieve through Hubspot dashboards and you might have to resort to excel, which is not great.

good database for our outbound and inbound sales activities. nice that marketing and sales can work off the same platform

The trackrecord of your contactmoments with all prospects. Also, I really like the tasks that you can do, just to keep all things you need to do up to date. I use it everyday.

I dislike that sometimes data is no longer useful, as its expired. For example, people are no longer working at a company, but I think this is more of an internal issue.

I think that this is a great place to have a good overview of all the sales. Main benefit is just structure.

Hubspot is easy to use & has better interface compared to other softwares I've used

It's very customizeable but it gets confusing, there's definitely a learning curve

Sequences makes emailing prospects easy & the meeting feature also simplifies a lot of my workflow

HubSpot filters are so much useful that you can get the exact data you want. Despite having n number of data you can standardize and manage it in a very organized way which is the best part of it.
Also, by integrating different tools, you can verify the accuracy of data. It serves the best for the organizations who is having a lot of data and want to make it useful in best possible manner.

While allocating data to another person sometimes it allocates some additional data to that person which sometimes creates problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Data researcher analyst, I play around with data but it is also important to know which data you have and its use of it. So whenever any email is bounced we get to know that it is not correct data and rework it to get the correct data. Just having data is not what we want but having accurate data serves the best.

Once you use it, Organisating your data and make it useful and removing inaccurate data will be so easy for you.
