Simple and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The feasibility and easy implementation of the multiple functionalities. Easy to create dashboards and reports to assess the performance of several teams. User-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Funnels and a few features like making the stages to be mandatory to go through to maintain the pipeline efficiency. Another feature of the calculated property to be added in reports so we can see the conversion rates etc., in the report itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall operations of the organization can be tracked in a single place, easier to use and the customer support/ community availability for clearing the doubts.
Excellent software to track down customer details & sales.
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to create contacts and link to the calls, logging a call, email, task reminder & track down sales is pretty easy. Time saver indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format of the HubSpot, wish it was more colorful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I use to use excel to track monthly sales, now its just one click and i know how much i have made for the month.
All-rounder CRM experience
What do you like best about the product?
After migrating to HubSpot, from our old CRM system, we have clear visibility of sales activities, tasks, and proper tracking of new leads. The HubSpot sales mobile application is also a great add-on to the usability of sales CRM features on the go. Since the HubSpot Sales is connected to our email boxes, we are making sales conversations via HubSpot, and have full access to lots of templates and snippets making our life easy. HubSpot has made our sales reporting to the next level, in every review meetings. HubSpot's knowledge base and support team is always to our help whenever we face any technical issues and queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike about HubSpot Sales, and it would be great if HubSpot could improve the email tracking feature associated with multiple ESP's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales enables our sales team to get timely and relevant insights about the persona of people visiting different pages, especially our product features, and thereby we are able to target the right companies and people, via sales email sequences. HubSpot saves lots of our productive time by switching from typical Excel or PowerPoint reports to HubSpot dashboards dedicatedly for each and every sales aspect that the management team wants to have an overview of.
Disciplined work flow
What do you like best about the product?
The way HubSpot CRM is built, if someone uses it properly anybody can achieve their target in terms of anything. I'm working in Inside sales team HubSpot is really awesome it is very helpful and timely and reminds the things to follow every process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes as of now I haven't come accross, hope this CRM will continue the way it as of now & it will turn sales representitives as pros. only very rarely call connection is a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The support from the HubSpot CRM team is so good, that I have gone through the call connecting issue and it was solved within a period. the reports are very clearly visible to everyone to know their stand.

Filters and segmentation of leads which will help us to focus on certain leads which is most important to us

unable to download the contacts some time need the contacts in excel format which we are unable to do

Second best tool to use after Salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
It is userfriendly thus very easy to learn for beginners. Some tools like opportunity stages, email configuration, integration with outlook and gmail, and email tracking is very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult if Lead generation and Salesperson using together. It is because of less clarity about leads, opportunities, and stages. We can add past data which can lead to wrong/ fake data!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved my problem of tracking emails, the email tracking was very strong that I can judge and decide which leads are hot and have probability of getting converted!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For beginners and small organizations, it is the best tool to start with. It is cost-effective as well!
Best CRM platform I've used yet!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to fill out contact and company details once you've automated it with workflows - or rather you don't have to manually fill out everything anymore. It's easier when you log an email address with a company domain, HubSpot automatically fills in details from the domain website. Also, the interface works well with HubSpot's other hubs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our clients and prospects that use the same company domain but are from different branches pose a challenge for us. If the company and its branches/flagships use a single domain, all the contacts with the same domain are put under a single company account. Automation is fun with HubSpot, but there still has to be human work behind it, albeit minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have contacts who have two or more companies and it was always a challenge in our previous CRMs to decide whether we create a single company account (with different domains, different information) or multiple accounts. Most times one contact is to one company too. HubSpot Sales Hub's recent update lets you associate two or more companies to one contact, and I love it for that.
A very user friendly tool, even if you're not a IT savvy person you can master it as a pro!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to mass-create deals, as I deal with a lot deals so I need to input them one at a time which is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot in lead/deals monitoring and nurturing, accurately getting the reports with just a click of a button.
HubSpot - Awesome CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great as a CRM tool due to the amount of customisation options that can be used for each person's day to day needs. It's easy to use and seamlessly integrates itself with my company's tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently can't think of anything that needs to be improved. The level of customisation options is really impressive.

It's allowing us to better manage customer queries and cases.
