What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of features and does most of the ones we tried very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features are time consuming or difficult to set up so we never really used them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It aims to be a one-stop shop for sales and customer management along with the other HubSpot tools. This was beneficial when we didn't really know what we needed.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a lightweight CRM that does exactly what you’d expect a CRM to do—no fancy flows and no complicated processes. It’s easy to configure, and it helps sales reps stay extremely productive in their day-to-day sales work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As business grows, adding business process and logic is not possible. We have seen issues with failure add automation as expected by business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead tracking, Account management, Supporting Reps to track and execute outreach activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything lives in one place. Deals, contacts, activities, emails so no more switching tabs. It keeps your sales process clean, predictable, and easy to coach on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The base feels affordable, until you start adding the features teams actually need. Linkedin Sales Nav, reporting, automation, and suddenly you’re in a much higher tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before: Contacts, deals, and communications were scattered across Gmail or Outlook, spreadsheets, and random notes.
Sales Hub fixes it: Everything lives in a unified CRM with contacts, deal stages, activities, emails, and tasks all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub very user-friendly and easy to understand. I really like the customization level, which allows us to build different stages and funnels to link various products. The quote builder is another useful feature, as it enables our sales team to create quotes easily and share them directly with prospects in the later stages of converting. These are the highlights for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the user experience could use some improvement, especially when it comes to mapping fields and data. It seems a bit cumbersome to adjust surveys or activities that we launch for prospects during the acquisition part. It would be great if this area could be streamlined and made a bit more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us structure multiple funnels for different products, monitors team activities and client interactions, and provides strong integrations with calling applications.

Practicality and Quick Setup, But Lacking Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicality of finding the things I need quickly and objectively in the HubSpot Sales Hub. Additionally, I appreciate having the business, profile, and data that were registered on the site all on the same screen, which greatly facilitates my work. The initial setup of the HubSpot Sales Hub was also quick and easy, making the adoption of the tool very satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the cadence visualization is too small to have an overview of the leads. I also miss integrations with Intercom, which it doesn't have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the HubSpot Sales Hub to manage leads and sequence the sales cycle. The convenience of quickly finding what I need and having everything on a single screen is what I like the most.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me manage all the contacts I’ve captured, and its extensive filtering capabilities let me filter leads exactly as per my requirements. I also find the reporting feature, the Sequence feature, and the meeting scheduling tools very useful. I can easily share my calendar with my clients so they can schedule meetings based on my availability, which is very helpful. It truly deserves a full rating.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I haven’t experienced anything in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wasn’t able to properly follow up on my nurtured leads, and because of that I was losing customers. However, after using Hubspot, it really helped me connect with customers on time, and I can also check my performance on a regular basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the calling and email features of HubSpot Sales Hub. It saves my time because I can use a single platform to make calls, send emails, and reminders while keeping a track record of everything in one place. I find it easy to use, especially after watching a few YouTube videos that helped me a lot to understand the setup.

I don't have any issues its a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Beginner's can quickly pick it up and start using the tool almost immediately. The integration into all Hubspot tools makes getting new products easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is high, smaller companies may not be able to afford the higher tiers that offer more robust features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and AI take the mundane tasks and speed them up. The automated emails help get in front of customers at the speed of retail.
