What do you like best about the product?
I like best the seamless integration of all sales tools, which creates a unified and efficient workflow. The platform's intuitive CRM makes tracking leads and managing pipelines incredibly straightforward, significantly boosting team productivity and providing clear visibility into the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary challenge is the requirement to upgrade to higher tiers for access to certain advanced features, such as granular custom reporting or specific, deep automation workflows. However, I view this less as a dislike and more as an indicator of the platform's scale and power: the pricing model simply reflects the immense value and enterprise-level functionality that those top-tier tools unlock, making the cost a necessary, proportional investment for organizations with complex needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Hub primarily solves the problems of inconsistent lead follow-up and lack of pipeline visibility.
It benefits us immensely by:
Automating Repetitive Tasks: Features like Sequences and Email Templates eliminate manual follow-ups, ensuring every lead receives timely, personalized communication, which has directly increased our response rates.
Providing a Single Source of Truth: The unified CRM instantly tracks all activity (emails, calls, meetings) against the contact record, giving our reps the full context needed to have relevant conversations and close deals faster, ultimately streamlining our entire sales process.

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how seamlessly it keeps everything organized and connected. The visibility into deals, activities, and communication makes it easy to track progress without chasing information. I also love how intuitive the tools are—tasks, sequences, and automated reminders help ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and the integration with the rest of HubSpot keeps the entire workflow streamlined. It makes managing sales processes feel far more structured and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features—especially around reporting, forecasting, and workflow customization—require higher-tier plans. It can feel limiting when you want to build something more tailored without jumping to a more expensive subscription. At times, the system can also feel a bit rigid, and certain views or filters aren’t as flexible as I’d like.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the challenge of keeping our sales process organized and consistent across the team. Instead of relying on scattered spreadsheets, manual reminders, or disconnected tools, everything now lives in one streamlined system. Deals, activities, communication history, and follow-ups are all tracked automatically, which reduces guesswork and helps us stay proactive rather than reactive. This has improved visibility, accountability, and overall efficiency—leading to faster follow-up, better pipeline management, and a more predictable sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having everything in one place with HubSpot Sales Hub, which makes tracking deals and contacts, as well as using the sequence tool for outreach, so efficient. The mobile app is incredibly seamless, enabling me to maintain productivity regardless of where I am. One of the standout features for me is how intuitive making changes as an admin is, which is a key reason we transitioned from Salesforce. I appreciate the ability to customize HubSpot Sales Hub according to our team’s specific needs without requiring outside assistance. Additionally, the initial configuration experience was very easy, solidifying my decision to recommend HubSpot Sales Hub with a perfect score of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes filtering views could be better within HubSpot Sales Hub. Additionally, managing old sequences becomes overwhelming after a few years, and having better tools or options to archive or delete old sequences would be helpful to keep everything organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track deals and contacts, benefiting from its intuitive admin customization and seamless mobile integration, enhancing workflow mobility and reducing dependency on external help.
Helps me manage my leads, contacts and opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how effortlessly it tracks every email I send, making it much easier to import new leads and contacts. This allows me to concentrate on selling rather than wasting time on tedious data entry tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a relatively light user, I haven't encountered any real downsides. However, the sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming and complex at times. I primarily use it as a CRM to manage my customers and to keep a record of the individual emails and calls I have with them. Since I don't run email campaigns, I occasionally find the interface to be more complicated than I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the sole member of my department in an organization that previously lacked both a CRM and a sales department, I have found HubSpot to be invaluable. It has played a crucial role in helping me build lists of leads and contacts, as well as in tracking all lead generation activities.

Overwhelming Feature Set—Needs a Simpler Sales-Focused View
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features and it works well across an entire organization by not focusing on the utilities of features of only one arm
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone in sales, it feels like there is waaaay too much and I wish there was a simplified view which only showed options or features that are relevant to my daily workflow. I would say 90% or more of the features I don't use and simply find confusing

It does allow me to put all the info I gather from a close or demo into the notes to seamlessly hand over to the CS or onboarding side and that is awesome. Really enables greater communication and quicker response times

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how seamlessly everything works together. Prospecting, email sequences, tasks, call logs, meeting links, pipeline tracking, it’s all in one clean, intuitive interface. The AI features are a big bonus too: suggested actions, email drafting, and call summaries save a huge amount of time and help me stay organised without feeling overwhelmed.
It’s one of the few tools where both new reps and experienced sellers can be productive almost immediately. The visibility it gives into deals, activities, and next steps makes managing my pipeline so much easier.

The only downside is that some of the more advanced features — especially around automation, reporting, and AI, are locked behind higher-tier plans. It can feel limiting when you know the platform can do more, but you need to upgrade to access it.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us streamline the entire sales process, prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management, all in one place. Before HubSpot, a lot of our work was scattered across tools and spreadsheets, so things slipped through the cracks. Now, tasks are automated, follow-ups are consistent, and every interaction is tracked.
The AI features also help us prioritize the right leads and reduce time spent on admin work. As a result, our team moves faster, stays organized, and spends more time actually selling instead of managing tools.

Pipeline Clarity, But Business Merger Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I value the structured and clear view of the pipeline that the HubSpot Sales Hub provides. This is essential for efficient management and allows for an easy and immediate understanding of where each deal is within our sales process. This clarity in the status of deals really facilitates our strategies, as it helps us accurately forecast future sales and adjust our approaches as needed. I also appreciate how this organizational structure perfectly aligns with the way we manage our sales, resulting in a smooth and informed integration into our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the lack of possibility to merge deals. When a contact converts twice on the same landing page at the same time, two separate deals end up being created. It would be useful if we could merge them into a single deal in the same way we can do with contacts. This would help avoid the need to clean the data in a more laborious way.

The HubSpot Sales Hub improves pipeline visibility and contact management with sales data. The structured view of the pipeline and clarity of deal status help in sales forecasting, providing efficient lead management with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything in HubSpot Sales Hub is in one place, which makes it easy to maintain a clear overview of all sales activities & deals. The ability to manage multiple teams and pipelines is a huge advantage. The integration with other tools creates a smooth workflow between marketing, sales, and customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of HubSpot Sales Hub I find challenging is managing renewals for our multi year contracts. The process isn’t as intuitive as other parts of the platform, which can make tracking and coordinating renewal activities more cumbersome than I would like as I have to build workflows and workarounds to auto-create and populate new deals.

Having all contacts, deals, pipelines, and team activities in one platform eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools and spreadsheets. This visibility makes it much easier to track progress, prioritise tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
