Excellent tool for sending sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Exceptionally easy to use. Dynamic templates built in. You can functionally "set and forget" the drips for each outreach, enabling a force multiplier for your productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations -- for example, if someone clicks a link out of a drip, but doesn't respond, then the drip will still be active. This is a minor issue relative to all the value they offer. Hubspot is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User segmentation, template management, drips, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
In terms of use, it is very easy. The CRM is easy to access companies. The call feature is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be made better though. The aircall connectivity in windows is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day sales operation.

Sometimes it takes time to update where tickets are when their status is changed visually.

I believe that the organization is fundamental, it allows to know where is what is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
We essentially built our CRM database from scratch ~5 months ago. Hubspot has been super helpful in keeping up with leads (eg lists and custom contact views), quickly going through call tasks, automating follow up emails, and excellent visibility with analytics features. Also like the integrations and workflow features. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to automate a lot of things has caused some of our workflows to break down. Staying on top of data hygiene is crucial, otherwise there's high risks of duplicates and unnecessary admin work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Keeping up with leads
- Visibility on all my contacts, accounts, and deals
- Automated task workflow
- Email sequences for different type of contacts

What do you like best about the product?
I believe it's your easy way to create a business and a proposition out of it. You don't need to be an expert to understand how it works, because HubSpot Sales Hub is an intuitive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Discounts are not applied correctly, specifically when you have a product with more than two or three units. If you need to put a unit discount on a product with 10 units, and you need it to come to a certain amount, HubSpot rounds it off. I think it's something to do with only having two decimal places after the comma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The conversion of leads is quickly using HubSpot Sales Hub, because you can easily start a relationship with a contact and track its progress until he becomes a client.

What do you like best about the product?
The support operation is really top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout and functionality are quirky, but this app offers a LOT of features and options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The call feature makes cold-calling efficient. It's easy to log the call and results, email, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot lays out all my deals in one centralized space. It helps me to visualize deals in specific stages and get a feel for future endeavors. Easily integrated with key tools in the space as well. I also love the dashboards feature where HubSpot outline various insight and data management. I enjoy the various integrations as well specifically with slack, air call, and zendesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be a bit more in-depth and insights can be provided. Also, deals could be displayed in a more visual fashion by presenting a wall of deals or something more expansive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Selling Software to the hospitality industry. Benefits are one centralized hub to manage all of your contacts, deals and companies. Integration with Slack, Gmail are also great!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite is the ability to create queued tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I can think of that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had problems with dialing via Aircall. I have realized benefits in my productivity because I am often able to stay within one screen of hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, well-segmented, searchable in just about every way imaginable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow at times, sequential items don't line up with the arrow, email has some limited functionality (no scheduled send and difficulty with incorporating images/ excel tables).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales progression, organization, and integrations.
