Not User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email sequences and ability to customize views. I like that tasks can be implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly so much... it's inconsistent, hard to organize contacts, you can only enroll 50 contacts at a time in emails. Can't pull reports easily. I wish templates and snippets were interchangable. I wish that I could have one main template, but for some reason I have so many templates that are the same but in multiple sequences so I can't delete them. When I search an email, a lot of times it won't appear, but a lot of random things will come up - would love an improved search feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email follow up automation, snippet tool, and A / B testing. We are financially benefitting from the product in a way. I'm more productive, but I also find that troubleshooting Hubspot issues also make me less productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for email sequences (ish - you can only enroll 50/time, only 5 emails total per sequence, etc), but it's good for that. Wouldn't recommend it if you want to see what your data is - it's all in there but really frustrating to report on.
Automation Tool for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation email option when making my sequences in hubspot. Every sales person should use Hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to delete a task during the task page when in the account profile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing multiple people and tracking purposes. Benefit: seeing if they are engaging in my emails.
The New Way of CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and automation are my favorite features. I also like that the interface is modern and does not feel like other popular legacy CRM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements of the interface are not as intuitive as they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my pipeline accurate and up to date. Automating my prospecting and task follow-up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get used to the fact that it is different than what you are used to with other CRM tools. Embrace the automation and email tracking functionality. The tool is potent and is easy to learn.
CRM that helps connect with customers in a efficient and effective way
What do you like best about the product?
One place stores and track all our contacts. Love the intergration with outlook, and the app is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
My only drawback is when I go back to emails sent etc it counts and acts as an "open" .....probably can change that on the back end but haven't asked them

Organizing and managing my day. Follow up with customers is tracked, and nothing is missed
The possibilities with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized the HubSpot platform is. It is very easy to navigate and move from tasks, to deals, to documents, etc. The platform is super user-friendly. I can say that the organization, design, and reach of the HubSpot platform has saved me time and has helped me stay focused and organized to close sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setting of follow-up tasks for business days only follow-ups land on the weekends. I have to then move those tasks forward or delete them and start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has solved the problems of organization and quick follow-up with clients. The benefits are that I can see the total spectrum of communication with clients from emails, phone calls, meetings, tasks, etc. It is super helpful to have all that information in one place to refer back to when planning a meeting or closing a sale with a client.
Easy to stay on task with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tab showing daily tasks due and overdue tasks and that you can put tasks into queues if you like. The import feature for importing prospects is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dialer that I can open to call a number that is not registered with a contact. Other tools I have used included this ability. Perhaps it is just a setting created by my organization- I am not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of performing outreach to prospects in an efficient manner. The benefit is that it keeps me on track.
Friendly to use, easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to see email openings and clicks from prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to look for a name or company in the search tab in the Tasks tab. As soon as I type a name or company it says no results. It only works with the task to do, like "Call" "send email" etc

It is so easy to work with. I highly recommend this tool for professional email sequences

I have been having a lot of issues lately with it dropping my calls. Logging me out. And overall not working properly
