What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use- display format - i find the side tabs very easy to use and provide information
What do you dislike about the product?
lots of clicks to get to "my deals" - i can appreciate that I can see other team members deals but i would like to be able to click into it faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy followup - shows me last contact with clients - the banner display makes it easy to prioritize clients

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very useful to keep track of tasks & to-dos, and also categorize your contacts based on certain criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike getting emails for each and every task that needs to be completed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved the problem of staying on track of my leads and also making sure to not reach out to the same contacts as my other team members
Extremely versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very efficient and user friendly. The sequences configuration and integration with Gmail make my life a lot easier. Hubspot University is a great source of content and knowledge as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is a bit slow and takes a while to load. Reports also have some limitations, but we see constant improvements. It should be possible to enroll a contact in a sequence from within the contact's page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using sequences to increase outbound volume while still maintaining a certain level of personalization. The tasks queues are also an excellent form of organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot allows for rich integration between business applications. Its intuitive layout and pretty interface make it an obvious choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality I would've expected to be available is missing - Such as; multiple columns in the note user-defined field, Pinning more than one item to the top of the contact/company record, ability to pin "Form fills".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach a far wider audience than with other CRM I've used. The integration with our other applications Is making the experience feel seamless

i think the most helpful is the layout and i like that if you reach out to support they respond within 24 hours

maybe a few more options for advertising but i don't really feel is lacking

It’s ok as a crm
What do you like best about the product?
Clean look and layout. Has really good data export capabilities and integrates with most L3P software. We use it predominantly as a crm for our sales team. Great visuals for charts
What do you dislike about the product?
A little clunky and lacks some personalization features that would add benefit. The sidekick app is a nice touch but super limited. Also the tracking software really doesn't track cold outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our pipeline and forecast. Features make displaying and setting dashboards very easy and helpful. Has a really great resource library that has provided a lot of insight.
Simple, versatile and well rounded tool!
What do you like best about the product?
A sales hub is something that every Salesperson would want to have. From Sequences (automated emails) to tools that will give you statistics, activities, notes deals tracking, and more!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Price may be the issue. HubSpot offered to participate in the Startup program so it is worth checking out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and customization are the most important things. Combine that with great UX and you get a platform that anyone can use and make the most of. Sales save time on mundane tasks and focus on selling!
MUST FOR SALES
What do you like best about the product?
I love the email sequence feature of this platform the most, this is an innovative and automation future that allows me to create a sequence for the selected contacts and I can run a maximum of 5 emails thread on a single contact, I can choose time and dates as well for this, hence this is the one feature that I like the most, on the other hand, I also like the customization of this platform which is really impressive, I can customize the dashboard, I can customize the fields and there are a lot more that I can customize with ease and I also like the license cost of this platform which is not high and pricing structure is also very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with the other platforms is not simple and this is really a very hard task for me, integration takes a lot of time and if I make any mistake this will hamper the data for both the platform, hence this requires some good technical knowledge and this process is not seamless at all, hence the integration of this platform is the one that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of emails, Tracking, Leads Management
Hands down Hubspot is the best CRM system

User experience is amazing and the tasks feature is one of my favorite things about Hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be a hubspot for one's personal life honestly for daily tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy set up for sequences and email templates, task reminders, ability to see if someone opened an email, super organized prospect funnnel, the list goes on honestly

Lead scoring could be more robust. Other than that I have no complaints.
