Does exactly what we need and has AWESOME integrations!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Meetings is absolutely FANTASTIC. It's a total game-changer for us. It saves us so much time and has been well-received by our prospective clients. We also love using HubSpot Deals' integration with Qwilr.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the RingCentral integration and while it has its pluses, there are two things I wish were better. First, when someone calls us via RingCentral, a new contact is added to HubSpot that includes the caller's phone number (that's good), but it also automatically generates an email address from the caller's phone number. So, if the caller's phone number is 123-456-7890, it would automatically add the following email address to their profile: 1234567890@call.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now spend zero time scheduling client meetings. Prospective clients visit our website and book an appointment. So easy! Also, the Qwilr integration is awesome. It allows us to use HubSpot tokens to pull client info from HubSpot and automatically populate it into our Qwilr proposals. It's awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to keep every one of the discussions logged and glance back at old arrangements. This is an extraordinary method for keeping informed with each of your contacts despite having a massive gathering of them. HubSpot likewise gives reports under the examination instruments and shows me which layouts are best-given opens and snaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of Hubspot's elements have somewhat of an expectation to absorb information before you can utilize them to their maximum capacity. Our group experienced issues getting set up and figuring out how to explore everything in the business center point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing I would change is the alter button on the Deals page. We have seen extra lead streams alongside many channels of security and commitment that the stage empowers.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use - great way to let others in the team know where you are at in the sales pipeline and what task to do next once a contract is signed. Very intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
it does take some time to dedicate the dsicplaine to understanding all of its capabilities and uses. Also, it can rely on other moving the tiles to the next section for the sales to progress
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had no problem at this stage rather the dedication and accountabulity of each employee in the office to remember to use it. The beneifts is that it is a centrlaised areas for all sales to be captured

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best and find most helpful is having all of our client's information in one place and the workflows we can automate to ensure we give them the best experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the learning curve for this software is a bit complicated. Everything works but it takes a lot of time to learn all the features available and how they merge with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving data silos and have realized that having all the information and tracking visible is helpful for the organization and optimization of internal workflows.

I like how easy it is to use. The marketing team loves it and I like how easily it syncs to Salesforce.

When there are syncing issues and the information doesn't populate correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to automate the deal rotation, deal stages, and sequences. I have 10+ sequences that I can easily modify for target markets that I'm working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom reporting can get confusing. Luckily HS live chat is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can't tag chat, reporting is hard to get the hang of

Actually amazing on Sales Pro tier of subscription

What do you like best about the product?
Everything continues to tie together nicely in a concise mapping of your customer's journey.

You can track even the most complex enterprise industrial sale via Hubspot - multiple stakeholders (I do 5 to 15 buyer comittee sales on it), complex budget approval cycles, long lists of contacts to nurture, large pipelines (~~100 deals, ~~50M per rep).

Sales Engagement requires a lit bit of effor to build but otherwise you can do the work and get it going.

Oh and the new Sales Workspace is Baller!!! The new Tasks queue and execution are also Baller!!! And the new Breeze AI helps a lot with note taking and Next Step evaluation.

Oh and the coaching playlists and standard sales reports are amazing - Forecasting has never been better, nor keeping in touch with reps's strengths and weaknesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
One tradeoff of the increasing value we are getting for the platform is tthat the unopinionated a way (too modular) that the features are beign released in makes using the platform veeeeeeeeeeery complex.

I for once can no longer handle the Sales Ops of my CRM as a Sales Manager - without a dedicated Sales Ops I'm toast even for simple things like dashboarding - so yes there's added overhead in the platform nowadays.

I'd say its great if you're over 10M in revenue but not before that unless your business's gross margin is over 60% then you can splurge on a small sales ops squad and make a ton of bang for your bucks.

Brazil only concerns: no cellphone numbered VoIP makes it a pain to log calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue forecasting, sales document distribution, digital presence (landing pages, meeting scheduling, content distribution, revenue atribution, among others), sales execution, sales ops, sales coaching and deal scoring.

Hubspot Sales: Value Vs Cost

What do you like best about the product?
Features like forecast and playbooks helps our small company to plan better.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small corporation, the package cost could be troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I wrote, planning is more efficient and improves our engagement with leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you start a small business, the features of the sales hub can help you optimize your workflow, but have in mind that the cost is not litttle.
