Solid CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use and navigate. The organization in the tab at the top of the platform makes it easy to find and move around quickly. With multiple features to automate communication, you can set the software up to handle a high amount of outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more integrations. It's frustrating when you find a nice tool but realize there is no hubspot integration. Also, the filter functions are not very straightforward and can become confusing quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to automate outreach to many different prospects with minimal effort once the front-end work is finished. The software is easy to learn so it allows first time users a pretty quick ramp time which I find important in sales.
Best CRM for 6,7, and 8 figure business owners
What do you like best about the product?
While working with an 8 figure company, I've come to enjoy the flexibility that HubSpot delivers to its users; the task management and pipeline management is so easy to use it only took me about 10 hours to learn, and feel like I've been using this CRM for years. I think every company that deals with 5,000 or more leads in the pipeline can beneficiate from it's friendly and easy to use system
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app takes a little longer than usual to load requests of lead status updates which can confuse the sales team; this is just a tiny inconvenience that can happen with any other CRM out there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to stay on top of my deals and sets every day thanks to the tasks and flexibility between software integrations. It's almost impossible to let one of your leads slip through the cracks

Have someone from HubSpot there with you helping you to establish your integrations

General functionality - works great for calls and integrations - particularly sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
On nurture emails for sales, if the prospect replies it kicks them out of a sequence - should be an option to not get them kicked out.

Engaging prospects through traditional channels and setting tasks to engage through non traditional channels

The easy of use. It really helps me keep a correct progress and data on each lead I am working on.

I would really like to have a better UI/UX

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the report section. We can select the topics which we want in the report and its ready with a click
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the thing which I dont like is when we create a deal in the pipeline, the contacts related to that particular company is not assigned to the deal which should be done automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benifit is that it can be intergrated with the other apps like lusha, linkedin. With hubspot it i smuch easier to maintain the deals flow, company, contact information.

Ease of use. It is much simpler to use than SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is absolutely horrible. It's a joke that u can only run a report a few time before it times out. Need real-time dash boarding asap.

Using Sales Hub to solve efficiencies with call blocks, best times to call and best personas to get in touch with when. We have seen growth in both qualified leads and meetings booked.
Hubspot - a superior CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the user dashboard and reports in hubspot allows me to track my weekly activity. It's great to have everything centralized and easy to follow. Hubspot makes tracking communication almost foolproof and that is tremendously helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different fields and locations for essentially the same information, sometimes I find myself being redundant on one hand, but also I find myself getting lost on another hand. While it is all necessary and relevant, sometimes it feels like busy work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspots sequence and workflow tools, i am able to send out mass communication to prospects without taking a huge amount of time. That allows me to spend more time focused on reeling in the fish, versus baiting the water. Not only that but it helps keep me organized and accountable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient with yourself. There is so much to learn and so many tools at your fingertips, but there is a learning curve. It just takes time and practice.

I love that you can find everyone's contact information on one landing page. I love that you can track how you have contacted the individual and track calls, emails and times you have interacted with the client. I love that what you need is relatively easy to find.!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you cannot switch between contacts and companies seamlessly while accessing the information you need. It is very irritating to go to the contact page or delete a contact and have to retype the search query to find the company you are just updating, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a place that logs all prospect engagement is critical and informative. I enjoy the ability to track this information. It has definitely increased productivity and it is a great tool for that use.

I would recommend its engagement log to keep track of conversations

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have templates, and that I can easily set up appointments that sync to my calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
For my needs, it works for me right now just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the tasks and how it keeps me organized! I love that I can assign tasks as well and customer's needs are taken care of.
