economical and usefull app
What do you like best about the product?
simple and easy to use, really user-friendly and a good learning curve. Once you become a power-user, even more things open up. Overall very happy with the program
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the API connection for the blogs are the only thing a bit lackluster. We had some issues with it, as not enough information can be retreived through the API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acquiring new customers and communicating with them in an effective way is the main thing we use HubSpot with. We used to have a chaotic process but now it's a lot more straighforward

What do you like best about the product?
- The best part is integration with various platforms, including Email-SMS configurations, flows, and sequences, triggers.
- Templates are the easiest way to follow up and help really well to reach out to more people

What do you dislike about the product?
- There is nothing that I don't like about this CRM tool. Everything looks perfect at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I used to integrate various lead generation platforms with this CRM. The CRM takes care of the remaining follow-up.
Best Tool for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It has best user interface, and provide options to create workflows to segment the data. The part of sales CRM is it provide us to create sequences and send emails to specific persona.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should improve hubspot scoring and allow user to create custom reports. Should improve workflows filters. They should release some new feautres which could make CRM more easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving my time and cost. the worflows allows me to segment my data. the meetings link is the best and unique part in it, I can easily put my team id in rotation using {{}}

Easy of use is the best overall aspect I think.

Lacking basic sales features and capability. Limited length of sales sequences, etc.

I like the automation feature so that team will not miss any lead. This is an awesome tool to grow your brand

I am not facing any issues so far, If I will facing any issue I will add it soon :)

I love the workflows feature, This is good to customize easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability it gives our team to understand what works and what doesn't. It allows for easy coaching on calls and how effective the reps are being when contacting clients. Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is that some features are reserved for the enterprise level and that is a pretty large price commitment. Wish there was a lite version of the enterprise tools that our team could use.

Organizing our teams and allowing for better visibility into our process and our reps efficiency when working their pipeline and making customer-facing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping contacts and companies in one place is helpful. The workflows feature is a very powerful tool to customize and implement sales processes as per your business need. Also, a kanban view of deals is very helpful to review the deals pipeline quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to create reports with the rolling date range if you have multiple objects to choose from.

Basically, everything about HubSpot: the best thing for me is the reminder and the fact it separates your tasks day by day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit hard for me at the beginning to find the features it offers in the menu.

I am a lot more organized. There is no way to forget to do a particular task.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to view and edit contact details. I like that my tasks are all organized by overdue, coming up, and due today. It makes it really easy to figure out what is important to complete now, and what I can leave later. I like the search options and that I can mass change contact or tasks and their characteristics(due dates, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be confusing to navigate the deals in hubspot. I think I need to take the time to learn to navigate the tabs and learn through the academy more about the different ways to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to stay organized with incoming leads and sales. Staying on top of my day-to-day tasks, and staying in front of clients that I dont talk to every day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn to navigate the many ways to use it. Also, reading the article and marketing updates, it helps to stay on top of trends. The articles are reall helpful with learning what has worked in the past and what other marketers and companies are using to implement into their email marketing and sales emails as well as call scripts. I have found it very helpful in changing up my call scripts and experimenting other ways to reach out to clients and have had great success with it.
