What do you like best about the product?
Everything i need to effectively communicate with our customers is in one place. The customization of what is important to us to view about our customers helps get all the information we need in one place .
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if its possible but when a lead opts out but then decides to send in another request can we opt them back in so I can send emails in HubSpot since they requested to speak to us again

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of adding properties and filters to sort and organize projects. The reports to see progress- it all is very user-friendly. Way better than others! We only ran into issues when trying to code in a macro- tried CSS and HTML, but then another person on my team was able to find a plugin for Google Chrome that worked with Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the CS team was just as confused as I was about the coding issue and they only offered the same help pages I already tried to troubleshoot with. Would have been helpful to have an engineer to connect to in those situations. Similar to Wordpress- when there is a coding issue they connect you to a developer. Perhaps at least having the CS member respond with the plugin option would have been helpful! Still got it sorted in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sorting huge OB call projects within HubSpot and the benefits of actual sorting/keeping each round separated with values/properties/filters has been a godsend. We are hoping to connect the system to Kustomer (CRM) and learn to better integrate all of the systems we use to pull real-time data from other platforms as necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations with chrome, slack, and gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times where some of my team are unable to make calls for 30 minutes or an hour due to some glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped communication from our SDRs and AEs and CSMs to make a smoother experience for prospects and clients.

Sometimes email alerts and notifications come through rather late

It is much easier to allocate tasks etc as opposed to other servers used in the past.

Simplicity. It's very easy to use and is very functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you have to search for an applicant. Sometimes it is tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have no complaints other than it is sometimes hard to find an app. Also, all the emails that track is annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, a very smart approach. A full platform marketing can manage all your workspace and help your team for work better. The best CRM ever used in the last years.

Nothing bad to says about this platform that is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy access to administrate hubspot is a much higher level compare to other CRMs. really fast changes and not clunky at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
the presentation of information can be a little messy at times, this can leave room for errors.

great tool for sales to collaborate easily on.

What do you like best about the product?
very userfriendly, not hard to use. all buttons serves it purpose, you can generate report, create report, finish taks and even, call and email and send sms to customers

sometimes load slowly that is my only complain, other than that, theres none. everything is good. its a jack of all trade tool for a company, for a team and even for an individual

i do sales, so i do calls, emails, send sms, responds to customers, its an all in one tool where phone system is also included so thats the best feature of hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Such a diverse product allows for great CRM and communication between the team
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes a few issues with the site crashing but this is common for anything like this and is quickly resolved

It allows us to know what's going on with every merchant that we are workng with. making it easier to to pick up from where someone left off. increases efficiency
