Amazing for small growing sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy report building, easy and simple workflows, simple onboarding of new employees, and easy bulk updating processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with external tools are not great. Specifically, with outreach there is a lot to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just thee general day-to-day sales management process. With the simple and quick reporting, its easy to asses and correct problems

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot because it is intuitive, fast and integrates well with almost all the major apps that we use out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The room for improvement may be in terms of pricing because each feature that a typical user would utilize would eventually lead to upgrades in pricing plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales development has been my specialization ever since and I find Hubspot to be a great tool to help me boost my career.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check all of Hubspot's features and check how fast and easy to use it is. Evaluate your needs and number of users so you can maximize its potential.
User Friendly and great for follow ups.
What do you like best about the product?
Deal tracker is very useful. I also like the flows that you can apply to your emails. It's very user-friendly and all of the reporting is very helpful for insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get swamped with Hubspot reminder emails in my gmail. They don't get grouped and I end up wasting time going through them. More options on why the deal didn't go through also would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of leads and getting them through the funnel. Loading my lead into the funnel makes it nice and easy to flow through your week.
Easy to Use and WAY better than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot sorts leads into columns, makes it a lot easier to manage and call at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I could say i dislike about Hubspot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequencing emails is a gamechanger! So much easier to keep on top of deals and improved bind ratio!

You can work easier and also register all the work that you have been doing during all day. In can help you on you business so you can know if your members are working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well sometimes Hubspot can have some issues like cant reach the calls and you have to call one more time or maybe two, sometimes you need to close the app and start it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot have been proving how is my daily work and how can i be better. It also shows the business owner how all the people has been working during all day so thats excellent for business owners

You must have good internet conneciton
Simple to use, friendly UI CRM for sales folks.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, straightforward and friendly UI, limitless integration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that data pulls and report exports are hard to find/take too much time to push into simple spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using HubSpot, I am able to maintain accurate data sets and manage a pipeline with little to no time waste.

Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simple design of the website and the way my deals can be filtered and organized for me in a way that's easy to find them. I also like that I was able to learn how to use the platform quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to find sections/info in a deal that I need to use without scrolling up and down so much. I also wish there was a better way to find deals/people/businesses in the search bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Underwriting issues. I don't have much to compare it to for improved benefits though.

The pipeline section for me is brilliant. I can stay well on top of my clients and pending deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the menus can be complicated. Switching between contacts, customers and deals isn't as slick as it could be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time. HubSpot sequences and tasks save me time in planning my diary and reaching out to many people at once. This gives me more time to sell!

Some of the integrations are not good and lack of text messaging
