My best friend as a Sales Consultant

What do you like best about the product?
It's my first time using a CMR and really love it how easy it is to organize my meetings, sequences, calls, mails. I linked my google account and my slack account so they just make my work easier and more organized.It makes the user experience less time-consuming, and assignments become more focus-driven.Everything in HubSpot seems logical and natural both in entering activities and creating reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, everything it's perfect. I add my contacts, companies, deals and sales well. It runs well in my computer and my smartphone (bc I use the android app too).
If I dislike something it's just because I don't know how to use it. Then I realized how and I like more than before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to add companies, follow up on deals, carry out sequences to attract the attention of future clients, create meetings.
Also, my benefits have been the sequences option, definitely my hero.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides an extensive range of customizability. You can add new properties to your contacts and customize them too. Also, Deal Pipelines helps to organize the workload and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to load the screen and slow transitions between some pages. However, since I started using the platform, it has gotten better, so I believe this will be no problem in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track our customers in a detailed manner and share with our colleagues to better understand each customer. In addition, I can create multiple pipelines so I can prepare different pipelines for different products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I cannot compare it with other sales solutions, but since I started using it, I never felt the need for other Sales platforms.

Simple and powerful sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to navigate, and HubSpot has a ton of online tutorials and walkthroughs which are exceptionally well delivered and easy to follow. I don't have a lot of experience with competing products, but I thoroughly enjoy the features available in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data pertaining to connecting a contact with a company should have a more fluid connection and a more straightforward way to flash between the two screens without having to leave one screen and enter the other. If there were a better way to view the company or contact info from the other pages without switching, it would be a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have HubSpot connected to my Gsuite account and have been using it to not only track contacts but also to track my weekly goals and maintain contact with leads. Hubspot helps me to visualize the entire sales journey, which is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
Is extremely easy and friendly, HB have a great academy and the marketing tools. The combination with marketing and sales is perfect Duo and is easy to manage, I love work with HB
What do you dislike about the product?
Details in the deals and customization, I don't have anything I dislike!

Hub spot is gold dust for parents

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage the CRM for for clients while balancing the needs of my kids. It is user friendly and the majority of what I need can be done via the app or browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having sales tickets accessible in the app would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the juggle of CRM as a working parent, freelancer for my clients who use hub spot sales hub.

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to learn the journey of a customer and create different stages and having him in the line of continuous evaluation and retention is something that I am happy with Hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say specific, however, the need to learn more to use the platform is very much required for all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the retention was a tough thing to understand the customer, with Hubspot I am able to create periodic review with them to help us think better for giving a great service

What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive and plenty of knowledge base articles about coaching you through their tools. The Snippets tool saves me TONS of time. I can not live without the Tasks and Meeting Scheduler tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within my level of subscription, I have limited access to their customer success team. More day of // phone access would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our flow of leads, opportunities, and deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that there are many useful integrations (eg Gmail where you can easily transfer contacts info to the CRM, a calendar tool similar to Calendly etc).
I also like the Sales pipeline and Forecast dashboards, great visualization of reports.
I like how Noted can be connected to deals, contacts and tickets at the same time without a need to switch pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I don't really like that it's quite difficult to find features you need and integrate them, plus I heard from colleagues it's quite difficult to reach the support representative.
The other thing is events duplicating (we have a form on the website that creates an event for the disco call with the client and we have a software called Jiminny for calls recordings where we log our meetings and for some reason when we log this meeting it duplicates this meeting in Hubspot, Meaning that instead of one it sees them like two separate meetings while in the Google calendar it's one, I believe it has to be something with integrations I mentioned earlier, there are many unsynced integrations).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how everything is connected (contacts, deals, tickets) and I also like reading most of the articles written by you experts about following up, emails etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use yet allows for ample customization that's easy to configure. The added sales tools save hours of integrations. Unlike SalesForce, you don't need ongoing support and their help center is free and quite helpful

I'd like to see more customization around Products and a serious upgrade of the quotes tool

It's easy to use CRM, allows me to track deals and integrates with my email and phone. Saves me reporting on every little interaction and very easy to collaborate
