What do you like best about the product?
Can spend a healthy amount of time building out what we need from a data/ops point of view to be able to create a clean 'workflow' of how our reps operate and scale our growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes workflows are required to be built to fix what might seem like a simple thing, to get around a certain issue. Using extra workflows as 'tags' to catch filters to prevent issues happening

How to scale our outbound sales efforts to build a healthy sales pipeline. We also need to increase the efficiency of how we operate alongside adding more top of funnel activities in

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences and automatization allow us to reach many partners consistently. As well as this, the entire system help the whole team keep focused on their personal and commercial goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of opportunity to rewrite features. This means if we would like to write in an extra tap on the side of the company profile, then it would not let us .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a sales representatives through the sales hub associating tasks and quotas with the sequences. As well as this, it allows me to see the amount and how they are reaching out

Very effective tool for our needs

What do you like best about the product?
We needed a platform to streamline our outgoing marketing.

The productivity gain paid for itself on the first or second day of use.

We've been very happy customers for over a year now, and we plan to soon add in some features we don't even utilize yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes.

We are not the most advanced users, perhaps some more complex tasks would expose any weaknesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are streamlining outbound marketing, and then CRM from our leads and customer database.

We are 200% more productive using this app.

What do you like best about the product?
HS is the number one of CRM at world Does everything from lead management, to post sales
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it's perfect. Italian language has been added a few weeks ago...better than that

Gives you recommendations and a massive education to improve as a sales team

You cannot do A/B test on sales Sequences and analytics can be limited

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot assists me with following my leads through to the closing process. I find it very intuitive and user freindy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything missing from HubSpot at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of my high volume of leads in a precise way. I have seen closings up each month.

What do you like best about the product?
The options and easy to manage workflow makes my day so much more streamline

I love the HubSpot features but some of the layout is a little user confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients and their contact workflow. Keeping track of each call via the tickets has been so helpful. It helps me to be so much more productive during my workday.

What do you like best about the product?
I most enjoy the ease of use with adding companies and contacts, receiving reminders, and setting up sequences. It's an essential tool to make sure I follow up promptly! The best part is seeing my history of communication with companies and representatives, so I'm able to brief myself before every interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the database lags, or is temporarily "down for maintenance". Sometimes it takes a bit for my Kixie calls to load onto the timeline. HubSpot requires patience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me solve problems by having a concrete record of what has been said between myself and clients. Not only that, but I am more productive having my scheduled tasks sent directly to my email at the time of my choosing.
