A tool for building your sales process

The ease of use, collaboration, and customization

Steep increase in price for more robust features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A coordinated effort across the sales and customer success team. Having a searchable system for different client use cases. Keeping clean and easy-to-access customer histories.
The ultimate organizing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot because you can organize your leads and send marketing emails frequently. Hubspot also lets you track and see why your contacts opted out. I also like that it shows you when someone has opened your message. I like that you can also chat with the team to get things resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Hubspot right now. I have to use it more. Everything works perfectly and I never have any issues. I think it can be better with more video tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me reach out to my contacts and build an actual relationship with them. It also helps us troubleshoot things that may interfere with a good customer experience. It's also helpful that we can create tasks so we don't forget to do them.
A dream to use
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface and responsiveness throughout the platform is excellent. Ability to pull data easily and quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email sync feature with Gmail does not seem to reflect emails sent from Gmail itself.

Day to day actions, tasks and metrics for all of our my meetings.
Hubspot is cool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can create workflows within Hubspot to trigger events. It's made it a lot easier to ensure our customers receive quick responses and get the best experience possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to integrate other platforms that we need to store information on. For example, being able to have information transfer to Zendesk would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging communications has never been easier. It's easy to track conversations between sales reps and customers to ensure our customers are getting what they need.
Very easy to use and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to check between different areas of the business eg between marketing and sales. Leads to more coordinated sales and marketing efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be a bit slow and takes a while to update certain fields eg pipelines

Much better management of leads and can clearly see all activity leading to better sales emails

Task and notes are the best features and require minimal effort.

There are a lot of logs and bugs on a regular basis on the platform

What do you like best about the product?
The tabs were easy to use and understand. You properly see the details with the list provided and graphs are also great when it comes to checking reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times that system bugs are occurring and sometimes you cannot use some of the tabs function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking an appointment and helps a lot since you can easily do bookings and manage all your task on just one screen.
Prefer it to salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I find Hubspot is really handy in terms of bringing everything sales and marketing related together. From my point of view I use it to ensure we have our contacts, tasks, emails/sequences and pipeline set-up, and the next step is getting our marketing team to plug in everything website-related too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where it loses out to salesforce is from an onboarding perspective (for a saas company)... Managing the customer lifecycle in HubSpot is not as intuitive as salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full pipeline management from start to end of the sales cycle. We're able to make sure all contact is recorded in the system (automatically) and helps us manage the pipeline more effectively.
