Good Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dynamic reporting that can be built based on any created property within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is built for sales, marketing, customer/user support - I wish there were more capabilities for ongoing account management or client success. Additionally, while I love the dynamic reporting, I wish I could time send via email my reports so they are in my inbox at a cadence of my choosing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the properties are standardized by HubSpot and therefore uneditable. There are a few properties I would love to edit as the pre-produced options do not apply to our business.

What do you like best about the product?
THe automations and connectivity of Hubspot Sales is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor connections or integrations are missing, especially in the field of calls within dialpad. or the skip task functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sales report function that allows you to oversee all the sales-related activities. I also like that you could easily build your own dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much that I could think of. Maybe better integration with Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to better collaborate with team members. I could easily jump into a client email without being looped into the email chain.
Good CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and made my previous internship successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind when I reflect back on the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed my company to sync all our clients and stay aligned on communication.
The most intuitive CRM I’ve used, at a cost.
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to SalesForce, we also started using HubSpot. Moving from one of the top CRMs to another (being HubSpot), was a smooth transition as the UI and elements are very similar.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot provides many tutorial videos and certifications to get started, but it all felt very superficial. We've already bought in to the product, stop selling it to us. We needed help setting things up, not building hype around what we were about to build. Tone down the transitions and sales pitch in training videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation can feel daunting. With HubSpot, their flow builder / visual way to build email marketing automations is the best I've ever used. It was so easy to build branching if/and/or flows. Then moving the Sales team and having them understand why/when things were triggering was simple as we could easily follow our flows and build them in to stories.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool has most things a small to medium business would need out of the box.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences are next level! They make it so easy to follow up with a contact!
What do you dislike about the product?
The calling is a little wonky and its hard to get to the sequences when you are enrolling a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire day is spent in Hubspot. Makes keeping track of information easy and helps with follow up.
HubSpot is a really good CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Being a past Salesforce user, I found that Hubspot was an easy transition will all the tools I use plus more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation sometimes does seem to be unintuitive, but the ease of use in other areas more than makes up for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track all sales activities and look at the data across the different reports and dashboards. It keeps me up to date and organized with all my prospects and pipeline.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is fast and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of things it does that I have no idea how to use, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of my communications is easy. Setting up tasks keeps me organized and I never miss reaching out in a timely manner.
Hubspot makes work effortless!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast it works. It makes my job a lot smoother because of the efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything so far from Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves workflow. We have leads that come into Hubspot and it immediately notifies us that someone needs or wants assistance.
