What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything connects in HubSpot Sales Hub: customers, companies, deals. I also like that when I click on one of those things, I can see all the items they are associated with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit more color coded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for logging my CRM, looking up customers, and keeping track of their information. I like that everything connects—customers, companies, deals—and I can see all the items they're associated with.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its ease of use and continual improvements. Everything seems well-positioned, making it easy for new employees to pick up and learn quickly. I also appreciate how the tutorials are easily available, which makes the system even more accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's just tied to limitations with quite a jump from sales to enterprise as far as automation. I feel like there should be some sort of mid-tier. Going from a sales professional seat to an enterprise seat for a small level company is a cost not worth bearing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing and tracking our sales pipeline, automating follow-ups, and integrating with our CRM for better lead management. It's easy to use, with tutorials that help new employees learn quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hubspot sales Hub is how user-friendly the platform is. The Clean UI, seamless integration and automation feature which make it easy to manage and track client and pipelines. Their Support TAT time is within 12 hrs which is the best. The reporting and AI driven insights also help in making faster and more informed sales decision. As per its monthly pricing the ROI this platform generates its bangon. Tracking inbound and outbound leads is very easy, they way platform performance is i don't think there is any other tool near them in market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced customization and reporting options are there which are high in pricing. While the platform perfirmace is powerfull if the team can reduce those pricing it would be really great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamline lead management, track my inbound leads and automate repetitive sales tasks.
It has improved visibility across my sales pipeline and obviously reduced manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find the most helpful with Hubspot Sales Hub is that the dashboard showcases the current leads and harmonized on the dashboard, saves time following up. Transforming every sales representative into an excellent Performer and helps closing the deal with support on knowing what to say in the negotiation process. The ROI is increased with the ability to follow up. Onboarding is sufficient. The speed of the software running on the website is surprisingly reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI provided by Hubspot, albeit supportive, gets in the way sometimes and also requires humanisation and have to do over some of the work thus feeling less like a template and more of a suggestion maker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is solving the sales knowing which deals are closed, canceled, and rejected all in one software. It saves me time through scrolling for minutes on end.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot Sales Hub's user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for our team to manage leads and navigate the platform quickly without much training. The automation features are great; they save us time by handling repetitive tasks like reminders and lead updates. The centralized dashboard is a highlight for me, providing a complete view of customer interactions, deal stages, and team performance, which all help in making better sales decisions. It's efficient for lead management, email tracking, and pipeline monitoring, saving a lot of manual effort for the sales team. The initial setup was fairly easy with helpful onboarding resources, making the transition smooth and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features can feel expensive for growing and small-scale businesses, and certain customizations or reporting options have a learning curve. At times, the platform can also feel slightly overwhelming because of the number of tools and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage leads, track the sales pipeline, and automate follow-ups. It solves our lead tracking and follow-up issues, reduces manual work, and improves team collaboration by organizing customer data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great product for staying organized throughout my sales process. I can create custom fields and set up automation to support it, which helps keep everything connected and effectively creates a closed loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer additions related to credits feel a bit cheap, and it comes across like a missed opportunity—more of an upsell for data that used to be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is the central software we use to organize our outbound efforts, so it’s critical for keeping track of which sequences and outbound campaigns we’re running. It also helps us understand whether those efforts are being affected or not.
