What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy overall HubSpot sales is to learn, the team ramp-up time is pretty low. In comparison to other products that might take more technical known how HS Sales does not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences could use more umph, how its positioned right now is a lot of the more helpful tools are gated exclusively to Enterprise, which can make product use and retention a little more challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have meetings connected to our CRM has been a game-changer, from automation to being able to see a clear time line on what is happening with a particular client.
Hubspot is a great CRM, Marketing and Automation Tool

Also the company info auto populates
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, it is very different than salesforce but very user-friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Tracking, lead tracking, and even after-sales support tracking.
Super user-friendly.
Super user-friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not try and import your own leads, the companies and contacts will not line up.
Very easy to manually enter leads though
Very easy to manually enter leads though
A great CRM system that is easy to navigate and very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of integrations. As a business development rep, I use Hubspot for prospecting new clients. I have found the integration with zoominfo to be a life saver (and time saver)
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest fault I have found (which could be down to a simple bug) is after I have sent an email, if I review my sent email, it registers that action as an 'open email' . This can disrupt the email analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me target a large number of contacts in a short period of time, it has great email analytics so I can see how I can improve my prospecting. I save hours with its integrations to zoom and linkedin
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a demo showing you all the features before getting set up; while it is easy to navigate, it does require a tutorial
Why every startup should use Hubspot Sales Hub.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's sales hub is fantastic because it is extremely easy to use and you can customize it to your needs. Pipelines are intuitive and if you need help they have templated workflows, reports and more that give you a place to start. Plus I love there knowledge community. While other CRMs might be more robust (e.g. Saleforce) for your sales team, they can be difficult to setup and expensive to maintain (trust me youll need an admin or two!). Hubspot is easy to manage and the automations are plentiful. Plus their email tool is fantastic for reps to use (you can see open rates, who viewed documents etc) and this all pipes into your reporting. Since Hubspot started as a marketing platform you can have your marketing team collaborate on retargeting to leads if you decide to do ABM strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might not be as robust as SalesForce and sometimes there are properties that you cannot change. That said, you dont need that much detail and customization when you start out. The more complex you make it, the more granular it becomes, and then its becomes a pain to deal with, which why most sales people hate dealing with a crm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads and automating workflows to nurture those leads. The benefits we realized is using the data and reporting to guide out decisions and optimize strategies that work.
Great Tool for CRM and Easy to Onboard New Users
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot has an easy-to-use interface that allows for automation of workflows and sequences. I also love that it integrates with actionable items like scheduling calendar meetings and generating proposals for eSignatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the breakout between the Marketing and Sales Hubs. In my opinion, those two things are one and the same. There were times I wanted to use marketing email templates in a sales sequence, but because of the separate hubs, I wasn't able to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're saving TONS of time by automating our sales sequences. The amount of time it would take for salespeople to reach out to all these contacts manually would be insane. I also love the ability to keep current clients & partners informed of what progress the company has made without having to manually do so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth speaking with a Hubspot consultant or salesperson to fully understand which product suits you best. Some needs are better off with the Marketing Hub, some are better with the Sales Hub depending on your business needs & goals for using the platform.
Great user interface with abundance of learning tools to get started!
What do you like best about the product?
User Interface and videos to get started working in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all companies will have a HS integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing tools, email campaigns, and prospect outreach.
Solid CRM choice with lots of flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot overall thrives on customizability regarding what kind of data you wish to track and act on (i.e., custom properties). Considering my particular business has a lot of unique features to it, we use many custom properties and track things perhaps differently than a typical SaaS company would.
With Sales specific functionality, I do like that it comes with many options already built-in, such as easy call logging and tracking via mobile, easily connect meeting links, and so on, without a specific need to use the marketplace to find other apps (but that's always an option).
They have a great support team.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that straightforward. Campaign tracking and creation, different reports, etc., can have a bit of a learning curve to understand HOW Hubspot views your data and wants you to think about your data. Thus I often find myself thinking less about how *I* specifically want to see something and more "How can I make it work for me while following Hubspot's rules that I sometimes don't get?" I don't have a concrete example, but this can be compared to how other sales tools and CRMs handle onboarding. This may be because Hubspot's not JUST Hubspot Sales Hub; it's several tools with different-yet-related purposes vs. other tools being more focused on one thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales team needs to work. I need to be able to make reports and see the data relevant to our activities. Hubspot is a pretty affordable tool that makes excellent reports and is flexible. Therefore, it does what I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be ready to understand that the different pieces of Hubspot are separate tools that work together but are still technically independent - so don't go into every area of the Hubspot interface (sales, marketing tools, support stuff, etc.) expecting all data to show the same info in one place as sometimes it just doesn't work that way.
easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
tracking, ease of use, synchronization with mail, alerts
What do you dislike about the product?
custom reports, be able to create reports to export to Excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking of opportunities.
Probably the best option for small business sales management
What do you like best about the product?
It is a comprehensive platform for sales, marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better in terms of organizing contacts and companies into an intuitive search option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing the benefits of our lead generation and modifying how we solicit business to be more productive.
