Best CRM for Sales Managers and Sales Reps too!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitiveness of HubSpot. Everything in HubSpot seems logical and natural both in entering activities and creating reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is the limit of 20 reports per dashboard. The fix is simply creating another dashboard. Simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to guess at what is happening with my team or wait for the end of the day or end of the week for updates. HubSpot gives me real-time information on activities and deals progress. A surprise benefit that I discovered is the ease of entering information into HubSpot by the reps. In the past with other CRMs, I ran into resistance from the salespeople when they had to enter info into the system.
With HubSpot, I find the ease of entering data and the ability to work with the smartphone app actually translates into more data coming into HubSpot by the rep without the complaining and resistance I saw in other CRMs. This is a huge benefit to me and a relief for the rep. Easier entry of data means more compliance and happier reps! Also, the reports available in HubSpot are flexible and customizable, and easy to read. This is especially important when it comes to showing the reps where they are and what they need to focus on.
HubSpot is the lifeblood of our sales team and we depend on it to organize and inform us of every part of the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
1. It's super easy to use
2. It has almost everything that you will find in more complicated platforms but still does the job
3. Hubspot is more cost-effective than others
4. It is a cloud-based platform, which means we can access it anywhere and is also available via an app
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The task allocation could be a lot simpler, and they can create better ways to track it. Currently, this missed in the version
2. The team collaboration and deal registration is a little bit longer process

1. It majorly acts as a CRM that we can use to collaborate with the team
2. Also using it as an email and call tracking CRM
3. Keeping an eye on the sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to link your social media accounts and also manage sales campaigns etc.

I have not experienced anything that I dislike about the platform yet.

It is an all-in-one platform to manage multiple sections of your Business's Sales activities.

Good ideas, very limited interface and non-intuitive interaction

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep track of clients and the status along a customizable sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The panel doesn't refresh very often, so even after I move clients along the sales pipeline, they are not updated in the dashboard reports. I'm not sure what the frequency of updating is -- maybe every day? Not instantaneously (as it should be).

Basic automation features that I expect for the paid tier don't exist (e.g., sending an automatic email to a client x days after initial outreach).

It's also impossible to associate two contacts to the same deal, which is very annoying, especially if you communicate with multiple people from the client's organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sales Hub to keep track of clients and their stage in the sales pipeline.

We deal with customers' emails on a daily to daily basis. It is easy to track bulk emails from the same customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Report Dashboards. They are easily customizable and extremely fast. I can pop over to the dashboard page and get a feel for precisely what is happening without having to run reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit opaque until you start using it, and it's a bit annoying that they are always showing you features whether or not you have them unlocked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single place to keep track of all leads and deals, and managing tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has all the functionality you need from a CRM and has a free plan for unlimited users. You only pay for features needed beyond the basic use of a CRM, and you only pay for the users on the team that need those features while the rest of the team can remain on free plans. This kind of flexibility is critical for startups and it's why I always recommend this CRM to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were anything to dislike, the pricing levels do get expensive when you do need to upgrade to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us track all of our prospects and customer interaction across our entire team. Everyone has visibility and can see what interactions and what progress has been made with any and all companies and contacts within our database. We can track all emails to and from our contacts directly in the CRM as well so that we don't have to retype emails into the system for record-keeping, it connects directly to Gmail and can automatically track emails. We also use the dashboard to track sales, lost deals, and our progress towards our KPIs on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
