What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is very user-friendly. I love that is very quick and easy for sales reps to create and manage their tasks, add contacts, create and send customized emails, make phone calls, create deals, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do not like is how easy it is for a sales rep to close out a task. Sometimes they have accidentally closed tasks that should not have been closed. It would be great if something popped up saying "Are you sure you want to close out this task?" rather than just clicked onto the task to close it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using workflows to solve a lot of problems like making sure a contact is unenrolled from a sales sequence when they become a customer.

many tools seem to be hidden, needs to be more seemless

- Not as customizable as Salesforce, but that may be the only con here

Organizational problem and communication to others within the company.

The ease of use and also that everything you'll ever need is in the one tool instead of using desperate tools

Hard to navigate at first when someone is used to using SFDC

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is an all-encompassing tool that keeps all my leads, activity and appointments all in one easy-to-use interface. As an SDR with hundreds of leads daily, the tool keeps everything nice and organized for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool fits all my needs, nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all my leads organized; everyone is contacted and followed up at appropriate times. No lead has been missed.
Hubspot made our sales process so much better
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot automatic sequence makes our sales process much more efficient, especially for us being a small start-up in the beginning of our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features in the contacts list

Sending email marketing and sending emails to many leads at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to track all activity for a contact. I can see how many touches I've made and if they have interacted with my emails. This allows for proper follow-up and easy organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like. It could be helpful if when I search a contact or company I don't have to type it exactly as it shows, sometimes I'm searching a contact and the name is off a little and then I can't find that record

It's making it easier to see your entire book of business and track what sales stage it is in.
Great Tool For Deals!!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of HubSpot is how I can keep a detailed log of my notes, contacts, and what status my deals are currently at. This severely reduces the bandwidth it requires when handling multiple negotiations. Without HubSpot, it would be practically impossible to juggle 100 different deals and offers. However, with HubSpot, it's a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the HubSpot UI could be improved to encourage navigation better and reduce redundancy. An example is that I currently have to enter in a company after I've already entered in a deal. It should be able to assume what the company is, based on what the deal is
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of getting my sales down the sales pipeline. From cold lead to a hot sale.

This will be a game-changer. It completely revolutionizes your deal workflow

Crm and outbound engine mix. Strong interface.

Lack of flexibility, too many manual tasks

Tracking from start to close but too many hiccups along the way which are burdensome

Phone calls that come through automatically create a contact that I can't get rid of.
