Very Simple to Use and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of being able to create views inside the detailed screens for reviews that are needed based on the nature of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less flexibility of being able to add custom revenue fields in the Deal Historical snapshots pre-templated reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us create custom tabs and views that allows us to review deals at a glance and spot the good indicators and bad indicators. This in turn allows us to act fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to manage my deals from start to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It just keeps getting better and better. And we just need to keep learning how best to leverage this powerful tool.

Hubspot helps us keep track of and streamlines all our deals and contacts.
Clarity at every view
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track information on your contacts from different object views. The consistency and transparency are huge bonuses alot of companies don't even realize they are missing out on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly nothing. Nothing that HubSpot isn't actively working on improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
deal pipeline tracking, communication with contacts through the pipeline, ability to see logged conversations, phone calls, email etc.

What do you like best about the product?
How they continue to innovate, and add to the depth of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Hubs. If I have to pick something, I would say simplifying the enablement at the admin level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps my team be more efficient and able to track everything they are doing while also giving my leadership team the ability to coach, assist, and manage through the same data.
One view for everything
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is easy to use from a partner perspective, as I don't use it from a direct sales perspective

No negative feedback to share regarding sales hub!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on building this now, but we are going to work on tracking partner influenced leads in Sales Hub
Great growing CRM with lots of potential
What do you like best about the product?
Customization for my organization. Enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to get in touch with product managers and suggest feature upgrades.

The way deals are set up in a board makes it easy to visualize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deals don't automatically connect with contacts or companies in our CRM.

It solves our ability to track all communication that occurs with an account.
Great features and seamless data storage
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great with keeping things organized and easy to see records of customer. Dashboards for repors and KPI also easy to pull and view.

Can be a bit slow at times when pulling up records

Lead and sales and deals all in one system instead of navigating through multiple

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to utilize HubSpot across all of our teams to build a better picture of where we stand from a leadership position.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have an interesting model that sometimes makes integration between different contacts within a household difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our reporting can be held in one place so that we don't have to bounce between different platforms and worry about data transfer and integrity.
