Integrated CRM with Call and Email Tracking!
What do you like best about the product?
You can see when you send emails, when the lead/prospect openedI l them, time stamp, time and day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is complicated, they have to be customized it gets a while to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems- More ability to create standardized reports.

Great allround CRM for handling the sales process!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get started and configurable. Great academy with videos to make sure the team gets ramped up quickly. Good overview of activity and contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of configuration options, but still a bit rigid in some areas like UI customization. The data model is a bit floating with fields created from form scraping etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling the sales process, logging activity, forecasting, and customer contact management.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Hubspot is you can save all of your data, and you can use that data again when you need it. Most of our departments use this software to make our work easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading leads is the most time-consuming task in Hubspot; imagine. If you have generated leads to grow your business, and it is around 100 to 200 so to upload this many leads, you would require probably 2 hours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool for the staffing and recruiting industry. You can use leads whenever you need

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create e-mail templates to send to prospects and the related ability to set a reminder to contact again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more automation features and features to export reports to excel. There may be more features like this that I am yet unaware of so if there are, they need to be easier to find in the menu system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with all prospects that have downloaded our company's software products is challenging. Hubspot is linked to our website, so I get automatic notifications and contact info readily available to reach out.
Hubspot shows productivity rate which can help the organization grow.

It shows our productivity daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there were errors but everything is good.

Through Hubspot, employees are well-managed by the upper management by checking their activities in HubSpot.

They must use Hubspot because it's amazing!

It is super easy to use and offers an incredible number of features, without having any IT skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be too expensive for SMB when we have a large number of contacts (Marketing)

We use it to manage our customer relationships and our contacts database. It is the base of all our marketing and sales actions: emailing, newsletters, history with all our communications (prospects and clients), email tracking...
Excellent Tool for Tracking and Managing Sales
What do you like best about the product?
We love that the sales hub allows us to create and track deals, tasks, documents and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we dislike about the sales hub is that we don't use it more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Hub facilitates the coordinating and tracking of deals, meetings, and more. Unfortunately, we have not been able to utilize the hub to it's full potential yet, so we hope to realize some additional benefits in the future.
How Hubspot has improved our orgs workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The power of workflows has been huge for us. Being able to create workflows that benefit multiple teams across the org has not only decreased the time it takes for us to complete certain tasks but also has enabled us to build out processes that we would have never been able to automate before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the sales CRM could be more customizable. Hubspot has grown since first implementing at SoundCloud but it would be great if we could customize individual pipelines on a more granular level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving multiple things: Approval Processes, Forecasting Sales, Sending emails via workflows based on a set of criteria, utilizing forms to enable our users to create profiles for themselves, notifications based on sets of criteria. We are now able to have one source of truth for all our users which is huge. Being able to automate email workflows has also created higher conversion for signups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great product that does a lot, if you are looking for in-depth sales analytics you may have to integrate with a sales BI tool to compliment it.

the activity feed allowing you to see when emails are being opened and links clicked.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Deals function is clunky, and the dates have to be changed multiple times when moving deals around. I would also prefer a direct integration into xero as these deals are often filtered through incorrectly

What do you like best about the product?
The filtering options are quite helpful for me, especially in a growing team; being able to sort by everything from colleague to lead status has been really beneficial in efficiency for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to bulk add leads into a list or sequence is highly frustrating and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganisation was a massive problem for us using old spreadsheets, so now we have almost a live document of the right leads, as well as even being able to see the last time someone was contacted on LI or via email has been a great help.
